| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะและระดับความคิดเห็นของ ประชาชนต่อการให้บริการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านวิธีการกำจัดขยะมูลฝอย ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์และสถานที่ ด้านบุคลากร และด้านหลักเกณฑ์การ ให้บริการ (2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยต่างๆ กับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการ ให้บริการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี 4 ด้าน (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะต่อการให้บริการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ตัวแทนครัวเรือนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 397 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดย ใช้แบบสอบถามและนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ สถิติที่ ใช้คือ ค่าสถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อาชีพ และระยะเวลาที่ อาศัยในเขตเทศบาลเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการจัดเก็บ ขยะมูลฝอยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 สำหรับปัจจัยสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประเภทที่พักอาคัยและปัจจัยด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจพบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับความ คิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 ปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะต่อการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลสุราษฎร์ธานี พบว่าถังขยะไม่เพียงพอทำให้ขยะล้นถัง ส่งกลิ่นเหม็นเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่สุด ปัญหาอื่นๆ ได้แก่ พนักงานเก็บขยะไม่ตรงต่อเวลาที่กำหนด และไม่เก็บขยะทุกวันรวมทั้งพนักงานให้บริการล่าช้า ดังนั้นข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรเพิ่มจำนวนถังขยะหรือเปลี่ยนขนาดของถังขยะ และจัดหาสถานที่จัดวาง ให้เหมาะสม รวมทั้งพนักงานควรปฏิบัติงานตรงต่อเวลา และทุกวัน และควรปรับเปลี่ยนวิชาการ ให้บริการประชาชนเพื่อการบริการที่รวดเร็วขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were ะ (1) to study the personal background characteristics and the opinion of people toward the garbage collecting service of the Suratthani municipality in four aspects: the waste disposal, the equipment and place, the personnel and the service conditions (2) to study the relationship between personal factors and the knowledge and understanding factors and (3) to study the problems and suggestions in garbage collecting service of the Suratthani municipality. The population of this study was representatives from families who lived in Suratthani municipality. Data collection was filled out by those people. The data was analyzed using estblished statistical methods such as percentages, mean, S.D. and chi-square test by computer program. The research findings found a positive relation between the personal factors of sex, occupation and length of living in Suratthani municipality and the opinion of people toward the garbage collecting service of Suratthani municipality being significant at the .05 level. There were no positive relationships found regarding their age, education background, or the knowledge understanding factor. The problems and suggestions toward the garbage collecting service of Suratthani municipality found insufficiency of garbage cans led to rubbishs overflow and, therefore, being bad smelling. Another problem was that rubbish was not collected on a regular basis and sometimes municipal staff did not collect the rubbish. Finally, Suratthani municipality . should not only increase a number of garbage cans, but also their sizes and select a better potential site for solid wastes disposal.
