| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างตัวชี้วัดการประเมินทักษะปฏิบัติการให้ยาระงับ ความรู้สึกแบบทั่วร่างกายของนักศึกษาวิสัญญีพยาบาล คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพตัวชี้วัดทักษะปฏิบัติการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึกแบบทั่ว ร่างกายของนักศึกษาวิสัญญีพยาบาล คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ (1) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิให้ข้อมูล ในเดลฟายเทคนิค จำนวน 20 คน เลือกแบบ เจาะจง (2) อาจารย์แพทย์และอาจารย์พยาบาล จำนวน 10 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง (3) นักศึกษาวิสัญญี พยาบาล ปีการศึกษา พ.ศ.2553-2554 จำนวน 101 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามตัวชี้วัดการประเมินทักษะปฏิบัติการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึกแบบทั่วร่างกายของนักศึกษา วิสัญญีพยาบาล และแบบประเมินทักษะปฏิบัติการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึกแบบทั่วร่างกายของนักศึกษา วิสัญญีพยาบาล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มัธยฐาน พิสัย ควอไทล์ ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง สหสัมพันธ์เพียรสัน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ตัวชี้วัดทักษะปฏิบัติการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึกแบบทั่วร่างกายมี กระบวนการและผลงานหลัก 4 สมรรถนะ 15 ด้าน พฤติกรรมที่ชี้วัด 101 พฤติกรรม ได้แก่ สมรรถนะที่ 1) ทักษะกระบวนการและผลงานการเตรียมอุปกรณ์มี 6 ด้าน พฤติกรรมที่ชี้วัด 39 พฤติกรรม สมรรถนะที่ 2) ทักษะกระบวนการและผลงานการระงับความรู้สึก มี 6 ด้าน พฤติกรรมที่ชี้ วัด 41 พฤติกรรม สมรรถนะที่ 3) ทักษะผลงานการดูแลผู้ป่วยในระหว่างการผ่าตัดมี 3 ด้าน พฤติกรรม ที่ชี้วัด 9 พฤติกรรม สมรรถนะที่ 4) ทักษะกระบวนการและผลงานการดูแลผู้ป่วยเมื่อสิ้นสุดการผ่าตัด พฤติกรรมที่ชี้วัด 12 พฤติกรรม และ 2) ตัวชี้วัดทักษะปฏิบัติการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึกแบบทั่วร่างกายมี ความตรงตามเนื้อหาระหว่าง .80 – 1.00 ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างใช้เทคนิคกลุ่มรู้ชัดมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01 และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .80 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to develop indicators for evaluation of performance skills in general anesthesia of nurse anesthetist students at the Faculty of Medicine Sirirat Hospital, Mahidol University; and (2) to verify the quality of the developed indicators of performance skills in general anesthesia of nurse anesthetist students at the Faculty of Medicine Sirirat Hospital, Mahidol University. The research sample comprised (1) a group of 20 purposively selected experts to provide data in the Delphi Technique; (2) a group of 10 purposively selected medical and nursing instructors; and (3) a group of 101 nurse anesthetist students studying in the 2010 – 2011 academic years. The employed research instruments were an interview form, a questionnaire on indicators for evaluation of performance skills in general anesthesia of nurse anesthetist students, and an evaluation form for performance skills in general anesthesia of nurse anesthetist students. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, median, inter-quartile range, IOC, Pearson’s correlation, and t-test. Research findings were that (1) the indicators for performance skills in general anesthesia comprised those on the process and main performance outcomes in four competencies with 15 aspects and 101 indicated behaviors as follows: Competency 1: the process and performance outcomes for equipment preparation, with six aspects and 39 indicated behaviors; Competency 2: the process and performance outcomes for general anesthesia treatment, with six aspects and 41 indicated behaviors; Competency 3: the skills and performance outcomes for taking care of patients during the operation, with three aspects and nine indicated behaviors; and Competency 4: the process skills and performance outcomes for taking care of patients after the operation, with 12 indicated behaviors; and (2) the indicators of performance skills in general anesthesia had content validity ranging from .80 – 1.00; the construct validity based on the known group technique which was significant at the .01 level; and the reliability coefficient of .80 | en_US |
