| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษากระบวนการบริหารโครงการหนึ่งโรงเรียนหนึ่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 (2) เปรียบเทียบกระบวนการบริหารโครงการหนึ่งโรงเรียนหนึ่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามความคิดเห็นของกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างที่มีสถานภาพแตกต่างกัน และตามที่ตั้งของสถานศึกษา และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารโครงการหนึ่งโรงเรียนหนึ่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวน 44 แห่ง ได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนและประธานกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 176 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารโครงการหนึ่งโรงเรียนหนึ่งนวัตกรรม ตามความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างในภาพรวมเห็นว่ามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การเปรียบเทียบกระบวนการบริหารโครงการหนึ่งโรงเรียนหนึ่งนวัตกรรม จำแนกตามความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีสถานภาพแตกต่างกัน และตามที่ตั้งของสถานศึกษา พบว่ามีการระดับการปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกัน และ (3) ปัญหาในการบริหารโครงการที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ การปฏิบัติตามโครงการและการควบคุมลำดับการปฏิบัติตามโครงการ ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ควรมีการสร้างความร่วมมือกันในการปฏิบัติตามโครงการและการควบคุมการใช้ทรัพยากรและเวลาในการดำเนินการ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the management process of the One School One Innovation Project in basic education schools under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2; (2) to compare the management processes of the One School One Innovation Project in basic education schools under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2, as perceived by research informants with different statuses in the sample, and as classified by school location; and (3) to study problems and recommendations concerning the management of the One School One Innovation Project in basic education schools under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 44 basic education schools under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area 2, obtained by purposive sampling. The sample size was determined based on krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The research informants consisted of 176 school administrators, teachers, and chairpersons of the basic education school boards. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire developed by the researcher with reliability coefficient of .98. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA and Scheffe method for pair-wise comparison. The research findings revealed that (1) the overall management process of the One School One Innovation Project, as perceived by research informants in the sample, was practiced at the high level; (2) no significant difference was found in the practice levels of management processes of the One School One Innovation Project, as perceived by research informants of different statuses in the sample, and as carried out in schools in different locations; and (3) the main problems in management of this Project were that on carrying out the implementation of the Project as specified in the project plan, and that on the control of the sequence of project implementation; while the main recommendations were that the cooperation among the personnel of the Project should be created and promoted, and that the control on utilization of the resources and implementation time of the Project should be enforced | en_US |
