| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้น (2) ประเมินกระบวนการดำเนินงาน และ (3) ประเมินผลผลิตและผลกระทบของโครงการพัฒนาความสามารถในการทำโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้เรียน ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชุมพร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) นักเรียน นักศึกษา จำนวน 500 คน (2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 30 คนและครูผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ จำนวน 14 คน (3) ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนฯ ที่ร่วมกิจกรรมการประกวดระดับสถานศึกษา จำนวน 11 คน ระดับจังหวัดจำนวน 3 คน และ (4) ครูที่ไม่ใช่ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ เจ้าหน้าที่และนักเรียน นักศึกษา ที่ร่วมกิจกรรมการประกวดระดับสถานศึกษาจำนวน 178 คน และระดับจังหวัดจำนวน 75 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบทดสอบวัดทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ และแบบวัดเจตคติทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่า ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของโครงการ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย บุคลากร สถานที่ เอกสารและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมโดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความพร้อมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน ยกเว้นงบประมาณในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนมีความพอเพียงอยู่ในระดับปานกลางไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน (2) ด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานของโครงการ ประกอบด้วย การประชาสัมพันธ์ การวางแผน การดำเนินการตามโครงการและการประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน โดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน ยกเว้นการวางแผนการดำเนินกิจกรรมการประกวด มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน (3) ด้านผลผลิตของโครงการ พบว่า จำนวนนักเรียน นักศึกษาที่มีคะแนนการทดสอบทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ คะแนนความสามารถในการทำโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์และคะแนนเจตคติทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินทั้งหมด ผลกระทบที่เกิดกับสถานศึกษา และนักเรียน นักศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to evaluate the input, (2) to evaluate the process, and (3) to evaluate the output and impact of the Project to Develop Ability to Conduct Science Projects of Learners in colleges under the Office of Chumphon Vocational Education. The research sample comprised (1) a group of 500 students; (2) a group of 30 college administrators and 14 science teachers; (3) a group of 11 college administrators and teachers who participated in the science projects contest activities at the college level, and three college administrators and teachers who participated in the contest activities at the provincial level; and (4) a group of 178 non-science subject teachers, personnel, and students who participated in the science projects contest activities at the college level, and 75 non-science subject teachers, personnel, and students who participated in the contest activities at the provincial level. The employed research instruments were a questionnaire, a test of science process skills, and a scale to assess scientific attitude. Research data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Research findings were as follows: (1) Regarding the input of the project which comprised the personnel, buildings and facilities, documents, and equipment employed for organizing the project activities, it was found that readiness of the input as a whole was at the high level and passed the evaluation criteria, excepting that of the budget for instructional activities which was appropriate at the moderate level and did not pass the evaluation criteria. (2) Regarding the process of the project which comprised the public relations, planning, project operation, and project evaluation, it was found that the process as a whole was appropriate at the high level and passed the evaluation criteria, excepting the planning for the operation of the contest activities which was appropriate at the moderate level and did not pass the evaluation criteria. (3) Regarding the output of the project, it was found that science process skills scores, science project conducting ability scores, and scientific attitude scores of all students passed the evaluation criteria; as for the impact of the project, it was found that the overall impact on the colleges and the students was at the high level and passed the evaluation criteria | en_US |
