| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ ของพนักงานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเขต 4 (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพนักงานต่อการเป็น องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเขต 4 จําแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานการ ประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเขต 4 จํานวน 847 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการคํานวณตามสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจํานวน 272 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามกลุ่มพนักงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าของไลเคิร์ท สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีค่าเอฟ และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในภาพรวมของการ ประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเขต 4 อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดได้แก่ ด้านความรอบรู้แห่งตน และ ค่าเฉลี่ยตํ่าสุดได้แก่ ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม (2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของพนักงาน ต่อการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเขต 4 จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกัน ในปัจจัยด้าน อายุ ตําแหน่งงาน ระยะเวลาทํางาน ระดับเงินเดือนอย่างมี นัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วน เพศ และระดับการศึกษา พบว่า ไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ ทางสถิติ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were: (1) study the levels of Learning Organization Development at Provincial Waterworks Authority Area 4 (2) compare the employees opinion to Learning Organization Development Provincial Waterworks Authority Area 4 as classified by personal characteristics. This study was a survey research. The population consisted of 847 Provincial Waterworks Authority Area 4 empolyees. The sampling size was 272 employees calculated by Yamane’s formula. Data collection were done by stratified random sampling. The study instrument was Likert Scale questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation t-test one-way F-test, In addition, LSD (Least Significance Difference) was also applied for data analysis in case some variations were found. The result revealed that: (1) the level of Learning Organization Development were at high level inoverall with highest mean in Personal Mastery and lowest mean in Team Learning (2) with respect to camparison Learning Organization Development as classified by personal factors, on age, position, period and salary, the result indicated the statistically differences at the significant level of 0.05.
