| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อประเมินผลการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศการบริหารจัดการและการให้บริการประชาชนของสำนักงานยุติธรรมจังหวัด ในด้านบริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิต (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับผลการประเมินการดำเนินงานด้านระบบสารสนเทศการบริหารจัดการและการให้บริการประชาชนของสำนักงานยุติธรรมจังหวัด (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการดำเนินงานด้านระบบสารสนเทศการบริหารจัดการและการให้บริการประชาชนของสำนักงานยุติธรรมจังหวัด การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงยุติธรรม ทั้งส่วนภูมิภาคและส่วนกลาง จำนวน 256 คน จากจำนวนประชากร 1,282 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือสำหรับการศึกษาใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นต่อการประเมินผลระบบสารสนเทศในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยตามลำดับ คือ ด้านบริบท ด้านผลผลิตด้านกระบวนการ ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรต่อการประเมินผลระบบสารสนเทศฯ โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่าบุคลากรที่มีเพศ อายุ และระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการประเมินผลระบบสารสนเทศไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนประเภทบุคลากรและสถานที่ปฏิบัติงานที่ แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการประเมินผลระบบสารสนเทศฯ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ปัญหาอุปสรรค คือ ความเร็วของระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน เจ้าหน้าที่ของสำนักงาน ยุติธรรมจังหวัดไม่มีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศ ระบบสารสนเทศใช้งานยากและมีความซับซ้อน ไม่มี การเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคดังกล่าว ควรมีการปรับปรุง ระบบสารสนเทศฯ ให้สอดคล้องกับการปฏิบัติงานจริงในปัจจุบัน และพัฒนาเพิ่มเติมในส่วนของการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูล กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อมูลร่วมกัน รวมถึง การจัดทำสื่อการเรียนรู้การใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศในรูปแบบที่หลากหลายผ่านช่องทาง อี-เลิร์นนิง หรือ ยูทูป เป็นต้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to evaluate information system management and public service of Provincial Justice Office in context, input and output factors (2) to compare differences of personal factors and the evaluation assessment result of information system management and public service of Provincial Justice Office., and (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions for the information system management and public service of Provincial Justice Office. This research was a survey research. Samples consisted of 256 Ministry of Justice officials from both provincial and central offices, from the whole population of 1,282. Sampling method was accidental sampling method. Research tool was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and one-way ANOVA. In case that any difference was found, it would be analyzed with the multiple comparison test by Schiff's method. The resulted found that (1) an overall image of opinions regarding the evaluation of information system management in context, input, process and productivity was at high level and pass for assessment. Considered each aspect, the result showed at high level in every aspect, with the mean from high to low order that was context, productivity, process and input respectively. (2) The Comparison of officials’ opinions on information system assessment classified by personal factors, it was found that the officials who were different in gender, age and working period had no difference in opinions on information system assessment with statistical significance at 0.05 level. (3) Problems were the internet speed was inadequate. The officials did not involve in part of information system design, information systems was hard and complicated to use and not link to other relevant departments. Therefore, in order to solve the mentioned problems and threats, the information systems should be developed to cope with current operation and further develop further to link information network with other relevant departments for the mutual advantages including develop multi-learning media of information systems usage through the use of e-Learning and youtube. | en_US |
