| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินความสอดคล้องระหว่างมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชาศัลยกรรม คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร และ (2) ประเมินความสอดคล้องระหว่างการประเมินการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์แพทย์และนิสิตแพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ อาจารย์ศัลยแพทย์ทั่วไป จำนวน 16 คน นิสิตแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 135 คน โดยเลือกมาแบบเจาะจง เฉพาะอาจารย์ที่สอนศัลยศาสตร์ทั่วไปและนิสิตแพทย์ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนศัลยศาสตร์ทั่วไป เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินความสอดคล้องระหว่างมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชาศัลยกรรม คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยดัชนีความสอดคล้องของพอร์เตอร์ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ความสอดคล้องระหว่างมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชาศัลยกรรม มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.70 แสดงว่าคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดการเรียนการสอนได้สอดคล้องกับของมาตรฐานค่อนข้างมาก โดยมีความสอดคล้องสูงสุด ในด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม รองลงมาคือ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา และด้านทักษะทางคลินิก ตามลำดับ และด้านที่มีความสอดคล้องน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความรู้ และ (2) การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ประเมินจากอาจารย์แพทย์และนิสิตแพทย์ มีค่าความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 0.75 ซึ่งมีความสอดคล้องค่อนข้างสูง และเป็นหลักฐานยืนยันว่าการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชาศัลยกรรม คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to (1) assess the alignment between Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education Standards (TQF) and instructional practices of the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Naresuan University; and (2) assess the alignment between instructional practices as assessed by instructors and as assessed by medical students. The key informants were 16 medical instructors of general surgery and 135 fourth year medical students during the 2013 academic year, all of which were purposively selected. The research instrument was an evaluation form on the alignment between Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education Standards (TQF) and the instruction of the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Naresuan University. Data were analyzed using Porter’s alignment index. The results showed that (1) the alignment between Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education Standards (TQF) and the instruction of the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Naresuan University was 0.70 indicating that there was an acceptably high correspondence between Higher Education Standards and instruction of the Faculty of Medicine, Naresuan University; the learning outcomes highly aligned with instruction were ethics, cognitive skills, and clinical skills, respectively; while knowledge, one of the learning outcomes, was least aligned; and (2) the alignment between instructional practices as assessed by instructors and as assessed by medical students was 0.75 which was rather high and this finding was an evidence to confirm that instructional practices of the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Naresuan University were aligned with Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education Standards (TQF) | en_US |
