| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สำรวจความต้องการของผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และผู้รับบริการในโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัดเกี่ยวกับแบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังสำหรับโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด (2) สร้างแบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังสำหรับโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด และ (3) นำเสนอแบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังสำหรับโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ (1) ผู้บริหารของโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด โดยเป็นกลุ่มประชากรทั้งหมด จำนวน 96 คน (2) ผู้ปฏิบัติงานโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังในโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด 96 แห่ง โดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง แห่งละ 5 คน จำนวน 480 คน (3) ผู้รับบริการในโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด 96 แห่ง โดยการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญแห่งละ 10 คน จำนวน 960 คน (4) ผู้อำนวยการหรือรองผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด แห่งละ 1 คน จำนวน 4 คน (5) ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลที่รับผิดชอบงานโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง แห่งละ 5 คน จำนวน 20 คน (6) ผู้รับบริการในตึกผู้ป่วยนอก โดยการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญแห่งละ 5 คน จำนวน 40 คน และ (7) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา จำนวน 4 คน ด้านสุขศึกษาและพฤติกรรมศาสตร์ จำนวน 4 คน และด้านศูนย์การเรียนรู้สุขภาพ จำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ (1) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและความต้องการเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การเรียนรู้โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังสำหรับโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด สำหรับของผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และผู้รับบริการ (2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นและความต้องการเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การเรียนรู้โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังของโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด สำหรับผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และผู้รับบริการ (3) ต้นแบบชิ้นงาน คือ แบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังสำหรับโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และผู้รับบริการในโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัดมีความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนรู้โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังสำหรับโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัดในระดับมาก และ (2) ผลการพัฒนาและนำเสนอแบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังสำหรับโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัดตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และผู้รับบริการในโรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด พบว่ามีองค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ มีโครงสร้างและอัตรากําลังประจำ จำนวน 3-5 คน และมีคณะกรรมการดำเนินการในรูปแบบสหวิชาชีพ โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 คณะ คือ คณะกรรมการบริหาร คณะกรรมการวิชาการ คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน การจัดสถานที่ เป็นอาคารชั้นเดียวใกล้ตึกผู้ป่วยนอกโดยมีการจัดพื้นที่ที่มีห้องแยกที่เป็นสัดส่วนชัดเจนมีห้องสำหรับรองรับการจัดกิจกรรมและมีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางสำหรับจัดกิจกรรมส่วนรวมพร้อมทั้งจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกศูนย์การเรียนรู้โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และส่งเสริมสุขภาพ สำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมให้บริการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วยการให้บริการความรู้ / ฝึกอบรมด้านโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง การให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาทางวิชาการให้บริการยืม/คืน/ค้นเอกสารสุขภาพด้านโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง การให้บริการยืม/คืนสื่อสุขภาพด้านโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังและการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to survey the needs of administrators, practitioners, and clients in provincial hospitals for health learning center model of chronic non-communicable disease for provincial hospital; (2) to create a health learning center model of chronic non-communicable disease for provincial hospital; (3) to propose the health learning center model of chronic non-communicable disease for provincial hospital. The research sample comprised the following groups: (1) A group of provincial hospital administrators consisting of the population of all 96 administrators of provincial hospitals; (2) a group of 480 practitioners of work on chronic non-communicable disease in 96 provincial hospitals, obtained by purposively selecting five practitioners from each hospital; (3) a group of clients in 96 provincial hospitals, obtained by incidental sampling of 10 clients from each hospital; (4) a group of four directors or deputy directors from four provincial hospitals; (5) A group of 20 practitioners directly responsible for chronic non-communicable disease in the four provincial hospitals, obtained by purposively selecting of five practitioners from each of the four hospitals; (6) a group of 40 clients in the out-patient building of eight hospitals, obtained by incidental sampling of five clients from each hospital; and (7) a group of 12 experts consisting of four experts on educational technology and communications, four experts on health education and behavioral science, and four experts on health learning center. The employed research instruments comprised (1) questionnaires for administrators, practitioners and clients on opinions on and needs for health learning center of chronic non-communicable disease for provincial hospital; (2) interview forms for administrators, practitioners and clients on opinions on and needs for health learning center of chronic non-communicable disease for provincial hospital; and (3) a prototype model of health learning center of chronic non-communicable disease for provincial hospital. The data were analyzed by using the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that (1) the administrators, practitioners, and clients of provincial hospitals had the need for health learning center of chronic non-communicable disease at the high level; and (2) the developed and proposed model of health learning center of chronic non-communicable disease for provincial hospital based on opinions of the administrators, practitioners, and clients of provincial hospitals was composed of the following components: it should have the administrative structure consisting of 3 – 5 staff members; it should have inter-disciplinary boards of operation consisting of three boards, namely, the administrative board, the academic board, and the operational board; it should occupy a one-story building located near the out-patient building, comprising activities rooms, the central area for multi-purpose activities, and outside environment facilitating learning and promoting health; and its activities should consist of the provision of knowledge/training on chronic non-communicable disease, the provision of academic advices, the provision of circulation service of health documents and media on chronic non-communicable disease, and the provision of learning enhancement activities | en_US |
