| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัทจีเอเบิลจำกัด (2)เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัท G-Able จำกัด จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงาน บริษัทจีเอเบิล จำกัด จำนวน 191 คนโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการคำนวณตามสูตรของยามาเน่ที่ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 95% จำนวน 129 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่าของลิเคริท สถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานโดยรวมของพนักงานบริษัท จี เอเบิล จำกัด อยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกันในทุกด้านมีผลทำให้ประสิทธิภาพ ในการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of the study were : ( 1) to study the level of working efficiency of employees at G-Able Company Limited; (2) to compare working efficiency of employees at G-Able Company Limited with respect to personal characteristics. The study was a survey research. The population was 191 employees at G-Able Company Limited. The sample size was 129 employees calculated by using Yamane’s formula with 95 percent of confident level.The data was collected by using questionnaire with the Likert scale. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, and one-way ANOVA. The results show that: (1) the working efficiency of employees at G-Able Company Limited was at a high level overall; and (2) the every different personal characteristic affected no difference in working efficiency of employees at G-Able Company Limited with the statistically significant at 0.05 level | en_US |
