| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาต่อการบริการอุทยานการเรียนรู้เมืองนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ที่เข้าใช้บริการอุทยานการเรียนรู้เมืองนครศรีธรรมราช ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ จำนวน 353 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบ สอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาต่อการบริการอุทยานการเรียนรู้เมืองนครศรีธรรมราช โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ดังนี้ (1) ด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าประทับใจหอศิลป็ร่วมสมัยเมืองคอน (2) ด้านการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าเจ้าหน้าที่แต่งกายสุภาพ (3) ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าข้อมูล ข่าวสาร มีประโยชน์ น่าสนใจ (4) ด้านกระบวนการ และขั้นตอนการให้บริการ นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าการบริการมีระบบไม่ยุ่งยากซับซ้อน และ (5) ด้านสถานที่ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าสถานที่มีการระบายอากาศดี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to investigate opinions of secondary level students toward the services of Nakhon Si Thammarat City Learning Park. The research sample consisted of 353 secondary level students who used the services of Nakhon Si Thammarat City Learning Park, obtained by incidental sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that the overall opinion of secondary level students toward the services of Nakhon Si Thammarat City Leaning Park was at the high level; when specific aspects of the services were considered, it was found that their opinions were at the high level for all aspects, which could be further elaborated as follows: (1) in the aspect of learning media, the students were impressed with Mueang Khon Contemporary Arts Hall; (2) in the aspect of the personnel’s provision of services, the students had opinions that the personnel were politely dressed; (3) in the aspect of public relations, the students had opinions that the provided information was interesting and useful; (4) in the aspect of the process and steps of service provision, the students had opinions that the service process were systematic and not complex nor difficult; and (5) in the aspect of physical setting and facilities, the students had opinions that the place was well ventilated. | en_US |
