| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินความพร้อมด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น (2) ประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงาน และ (3) ประเมินประสิทธิผลของการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำพูน เขต 2 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการจัดการศึกษา ดังนี้ (1) ศึกษานิเทศก์ จำนวน 13 คน (2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 34 คน (3) ครูวิชาการและครูผู้สอนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 68 คน (4) นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 281 คน และ (5) ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 281 คน ในปีการศึกษา 2558 รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 677 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบบันทึกข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ความพร้อมด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของการจัดการศึกษา ซึ่งประกอบด้วย บุคลากร งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ สถานที่ และระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการจัดการศึกษาทางไกล โดยภาพรวมมีความพร้อมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน ปัญหาอุปสรรคที่พบ ได้แก่ บุคลากรมีไม่เพียงพอในการติดตั้งและซ่อมแซมระบบ ขาดงบประมาณในการซ่อมบำรุง สัญญาณภาพขาดความคมชัด และการปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุดล่าช้า (2) ความเหมาะสมด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานในการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การจัดการเรียนรู้และการวัดผลประเมินผล โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน ปัญหาที่พบ ได้แก่ นักเรียนเรียนไม่ทัน บางวิชาสอนเร็วเกินไป และนักเรียนไม่สามารถซักถามโต้ตอบกับครูต้นทางในขณะจัดกิจกรรมได้ และ (3) ประสิทธิผลของการจัดการศึกษาทางไกล พบว่า ผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 (O-NET) ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่จัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม มีผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติ 5 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับประเทศทุกวิชา ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน ผลการประเมิน การอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์และเขียน และผลการประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในภาพรวมมีผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับดี-ดีเยี่ยม ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน ส่วนความพึงพอใจของผู้เกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก โดยภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to evaluate readiness of input factors; (2) to evaluate appropriateness of operational process; and (3) to evaluate effectiveness of the Educational Management of Distance Learning via Satellite Project of small schools under Lamphun Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research informants totaling 677 stakeholders of the Project in the 2015 academic year were classified into the following groups: (1) a group of 13 educational supervisors, (2) a group of 34 school administrators, (3) a group of 68 academic and Prathom Suksa VI teachers, (4) a group of 281Prathom Suksa VI students, and a group of 281 parents of Prathom Suksa VI students. The employed data collecting instruments were a questionnaire and a data recording form. Data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Research findings showed that (1) regarding readiness of input factors of educational management, which included the personnel, budget, materials and equipment, facilities, and time provided for educational management of distance learning, the overall readiness was rated at the high level and passed the evaluation criteria; while problems and obstacles were the insufficiency of personnel for system installation and maintenance, the lack of budget for maintenance, the picture signals being not clear, and the slowness in repairing of damaged instruments; (2) regarding appropriateness of the operational process of educational management of distance learning, which included planning, learning management, and evaluation, the overall appropriateness was rated at the high level and passed the evaluation criteria; while problems and obstacles were the students could not keep up with their lessons, some subjects were taught too fast, and the students could not ask and respond with their distance teachers while doing their activities; and (3) regarding effectiveness of the educational management of distance learning, it was found that O-NET results at Prathom Suksa VI level in five learning areas of small schools participating in the Project were higher than the national average in all learning areas which passed the evaluation criteria; overall evaluation results of reading, analytical thinking and writing, and overall evaluation results of desirable characteristics of Prathom Suksa VI students were at the good to excellent levels which passed the evaluation criteria; furthermore, the overall satisfaction of stakeholders with educational management of distance learning via satellite of the small schools in the Project was at the high level which passed the evaluation criteria | en_US |
