| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมและการยอมรับในการจัดการเรียน การสอนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ของครูโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มที่ 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มที่ 6 จำนวน 222 คน ตามตารางทาโรยามาเน่ ที่ความเชื่อมั่น 95% ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความพร้อมและการยอมรับในการจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ของครูโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มที่ 6 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ความพร้อมและการยอมรับในการจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ของครู คือ ด้านบุคลากร มีความรู้ ความชำนาญ เพื่อให้คำแนะนำในการจัดการเรียนการ สอนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ และด้านเนื้อหาวิชามีความรู้และทักษะพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นต่อการเรียน การสอนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ถ่ายทอดให้กับผู้เรียน และ (2) การยอมรับในการจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ของครู คือ ชั้นการรับรู้ โดยทราบว่าการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่าย คอมพิวเตอร์ทำให้เกิดความยืดหยุ่นในห้องเรียน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to investigate the readiness for and acceptance of e-Learning of teachers in Group Six schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization. The research sample consisted of 222 teachers in Group Six schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization, obtained by stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Taro Yamane’s Sample Size Table at the 95 percent confidential level. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the readiness for and acceptance of e-Learning of teachers in Group Six schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall readiness for and acceptance of e-Learning of the teachers were at the high level. When their specific aspects were considered, it was found that the readiness for and acceptance of all aspects of eLearning were at the high level, with the top rating means for each aspect specified as follows: (1) the readiness for management of e-Learning of the teachers in the personnel aspect was that the personnel had knowledge and expertise for giving advices on management of e-Learning; and their readiness in the contents aspect was that they had knowledge and basic skills in management of e-Learning to impart to their students; and (2) their acceptance of e-Learning management was that in the awareness level, they were aware that application of e-Learning in the classroom resulted in flexibility of learning management in the classroom. | en_US |
