| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงพรรณาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ประสิทธิผล การบริหารความปลอดภัยในระบบบริการพยาบาลของพยาบาทวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน (2) ระดับความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน และ(3 ) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสิทธิผล การบริหารความปลอดภัยในระบบบริการพยาบาลและระดับความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 230 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของโรงทยาบาล เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น การบริหารความปลอดภัยในระบบบริการพยาบาล และความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย เท่ากับ 0.98 และ 0.92 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์เพียธ์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารความปลอดภัยในระบบบริการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง เมื่อพิจารณารายขั้นตอนของการบริหารความปลอดภัย พบว่าการสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยในองค์กร การสนับสนุนการรายงานอุบัติการณ์ การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้จากบทเรียนของความปลอดภัย และการบูรณาการกิจกรรมบริหารความเสี่ยง อยู่ในระดับสูงขั้นตอนการนำแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาไปใช้ ในการป้องกันการเกิดอันตรายต่อผู้ป่วย การนำและสนับสนุนการ ทำงานที่ปลอดภัยของบุคลากรพยาบาล และการสื่อสารให้ผู้ป่วยบริการและชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในระบบความปลอดภัย อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง เมื่อพิจารณาระดับความปลอดภัยรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านได้แก่ การติดเชื้อจากการดูแลรักษา การระบุตัวผู้ป่วย การใช้ยา และการสื่อสาร อยู่ในระดับสูงเช่นกัน (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสิทธิผลการบริหารความปลอดภัยในระบบบริการพยาบาล กับระดับความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ด้านการสื่อสารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางทุกขั้นตอน (r - .326-.437) ด้านการใช้ยามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับต่ำทุกขั้นตอน (r - .192 -.279) และด้านการระบุตัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับต่ำทุกขั้นตอน (r- .160 -.274) อย่างมีนัยสัาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01, .05 ด้านการ ติดเชื้อจากการดูแลรักษาไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารความปลอดภัยในระบบบริการพยาบาลทุกขั้นตอน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (I) to investigate the effectiveness of management in nursing care delivery system (2) to study the level of patient safety, and (3) to explore the relationship between the effectiveness of safety management in nursing care delivery and patient safety in community hospitals in Nakhon Sawan provinve. The subjects were 230 nurses. They were selected based on hospital size by stratified random sampling. Questionnaires were used as research tools. They consisted of two parts: management in nursing care delivery system and patient safety. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients of those two parts were 0.98 and 0.92 respectively. The statistical devices employed in the study were descriptive statistics (including frequency, percentage, and standard deviation) and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient The findings were as follows. 1) Nurses rated four effectiveness factors of safety management in nursing care deliver)' system at the high level. These factors were(3) creating safety culture in the organization (b) encouraging to write incidental report (c) exchanging safety experiences, and (d) improving of risk management activities. Four factors were rated at average level. They were: (a) application process of problem solving to prevent injury or damage to patients, (b) provide safe work places and support nurses to work safely finally,(c)communicate and encourage patients and communities to participate in the safety system. 2) Nurses rated patient safety factors at the high level. These factors were type: (a) patients were not infected by treatment (b) patient were identified correctly, (c) medication usage was efficient, and (d)communication was effective. 3) There were significantly positive correlations between the effectiveness of safety management in nursing care delivery system and patient safety (p < .01 and .05). These factors were communication (r= .326 to .437), medication usage (r = .192 to .274), and patient identification (r = .160 to .274). However, there was no correlation between infection by treatment and the effectiveness of management in nursing care delivery system. | en_US |
