| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการเรียน การสอนของครูผู้สอนระดับประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนระดับประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 310 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อ การเรียนการสอนของครูผู้สอนระดับประถมศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ครูผู้สอนระดับประถมศึกษามีความต้องการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อการเรียนการสอนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ประเภทของสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ใช้เพื่อการเรียนการสอน คือ แผ่นวีซีดีและแผ่นดีวีดี (2) วัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คือ เพื่อให้นักเรียน เรียนรู้ได้ง่ายและสะดวก (3) ประโยชน์ของการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คือช่วยลดช่องว่างระหว่างการศึกษาในเมืองและชนบท สร้างความเท่าเทียมกันระหว่างผู้เรียน (4) การสนับสนุนของผู้บริหาร คือ ต้องการให้ผู้บริหารสนับสนุนจัดหาวัสดุ อุปกรณ์และสื่อเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม และ (5) การพัฒนาตนเองของครู คือ ครูต้องการแสวงหาความรู้และประสบการณ์ใหม่ ๆ เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs for using electronic media for instruction of primary level teachers in schools under Chachoengsao Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 310 primary level teachers teaching during the first semester of the 2017 academic year in schools under Chachoengsao Primary Education Service Area Office 1, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs for using electronic media for instruction of primary level teachers in schools under Chachoengsao Primary Education Service Area Office 1. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall need for using electronic media for instruction of primary level teachers was at the high level. When specific aspects of the needs were considered, all of them were found to be at the high level, with items receiving the top rating mean in each aspect being mentioned as follows: (1) in the aspect of types of electronic media to be used for instruction, the item was that of VCDs and DVDs; (2) in the aspect of objectives of using electronic media, the item was that to enable the students to learn more easily and conveniently; (3) in the aspect of the benefits of using electronic media, the item was that of reducing the gap between provision of education in urban and rural areas resulting in creating more equity among learners; (4) in the aspect of the supports from the administrators, the item was that of the need for the administrator’s support in acquisition of appropriate aids and technological media; and (5) in the aspect of self-development of the teachers, the item was that on the needs of teachers to obtain new knowledge and experiences concerning technology. | en_US |
