| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของพนักงาน บริษัท ซิพโลหะกิจ (1993) จํากัด และ (2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของพนักงานบริษัท ซิพโลหะกิจ (1993) จํากัด จําแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานที่เป็นแรงงานต่างด้าวของบริษัท ซิพโลหะกิจ (1993) จํากัด จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 100 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการคํานวณได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจํานวน 80 คน ซึ่งใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) คุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของพนักงาน บริษัท ซิพโลหะกิจ (1993) จํากัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านความสมดุลกับชีวิตส่วนตัว ด้านประชาธิปไตยในองค์การ ด้านโอกาสในการพัฒนาความสามารถของบุคคล ด้านการบูรณาการ ทางสังคม ส่วนด้านที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านลักษณะงานที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม ด้านความมั่นคงและโอกาสก้าวหน้า ด้านการได้รับค่าตอบแทนในการทํางานที่เพียงพอและยุติธรรม และด้านสภาพการทํางานที่คํานึงถึงความปลอดภัยและส่งเสริมสุขภาพตามลําดับ และ (2) พนักงาน บริษัท ซิพโลหะกิจ (1993) จํากัด ที่มีลักษณะส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aimed to (1) study the level of quality of working life of employees at the Zip Metal Works Factory (1993) Company Limited, and (2) compare the quality of working life of employees at Zip Metal Works Factory (1993) Company Limited, classified by personal factors. The population in this study was 100 migrant workers of the Zip Metal Works Factory (1993) Company Limited. A sample size of 80 employees was calculated by using simple random sampling. The instrument for collecting data was a constructed questionnaire and the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance. The results of the study showed that (1) the overall employees’ quality of working life of employees Zip Metal Works Factory (1993) Company Limited was at a moderate level. As for each individual aspect, it was found that at a high level were balanced personal life, democratic organization, opportunity to develop the staff’s abilities, and social integration. At a moderate level were work characteristics that were useful to society, job security and achievement, adequate and fair compensation, and safety and healthy working conditions, respectively, and (2) the different personal factors of employees at Zip Metal Works Factory (1993) Company Limited had no different quality of working life | en_US |
