dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนหนองบัวพิทยาคาร และ (2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนหนองบัวพิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภูประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในโรงเรียนหนองบัวพิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 187 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนหนองบัวพิทยาคาร มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 และประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่มเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนหนองบัวพิทยาคาร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยปรากฏ ดังนี้ 1) ระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนหนองบัวพิทยาคาร ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากสูงสุดไปต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์ และ 2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนหนองบัวพิทยาคาร ควรมีการดำเนินการ ดังนี้ (2.1) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ ควรสนับสนุนทรัพยากรจากภายในและภายนอกสถานศึกษา ส่งเสริมให้ครูและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนการดำเนินงาน ร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และเสนอข้อคิดเห็นเพื่อที่จะได้นำความคิดเห็นที่หลากหลายมาพัฒนาสถานศึกษา (2.2) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ควรเปิดเผยข้อมูลข่าวสารต่าง ๆ ผ่านช่องทางที่ถูกต้องและเป็นจริง เปิดโอกาสให้ครูและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องได้มีส่วนร่วมในการลงมติหรือลงความคิดเห็นในการตัดสินใจร่วมกัน (2.3) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล ควรเปิดโอกาสให้ครูและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องได้มีส่วนร่วมในการกำกับติดตาม ประเมินการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษา และแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อกระบวนการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษา และ (2.4) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์ ควรมีการสนับสนุนสวัสดิการและส่งเสริมให้ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาได้รับคำชมเชยหรือการยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติจากการดำเนินงานร่วมกัน	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study 1) the conditions of participative administration of Nongbuapittayakarn School; and 2) guidelines for promoting participative administration of Nongbuapittayakarn School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu.The research population comprised 187 school administrators and teachers in Nongbuapittayakarn School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu, academic year 2023. The key research informants were seven experts. The research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire on the conditions of participative administration for Nongbuapittayakarn School, with reliability of .97; and focus group discussion form on guidelines for promoting participative administration of Nongbuapittayakarn School. Research data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.The research findings revealed that 1) both the overall and specific aspects of conditions of participative administration of Nongbuapittayakarn School were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of conditions of operation could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: that of participation in operations, that of participation in decision-making, that of participation in evaluation and that of participation in benefits, respectively; and 2) regarding the guidelines for promoting participative administration of Nongbuapittayakarn School, it was found that the school should take the following actions: (2.1) the participation in operations, we should strive for resources from inside and outside educational institutions and encourage teachers and relevant people to participate in planning and jointly carrying out various activities, to put forward various opinions on the development of educational institutions; (2.2) the participation in decision-making, all kinds of information are disclosed through accurate and authentic channels, which provides teachers and relevant people with the opportunity to participate in voting or expressing opinions in making decisions together; (2.3) the participation in evaluation, teachers and relevant people should be given the opportunity to participate in the supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of the operation of educational institutions and express opinions on the administrative process in educational institutions; and (2.4) the participation in benefits, teachers and educational personnel should be supported welfare and encouraged to receive praise or honor from joint actions.	en_US
