dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินการดำเนินงานของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช (2) เปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา นครศรีธรรมราช ระหว่างเขต 1-4 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 116 คน และครูผู้สอนในระดับ มัธยมศึกษา 312 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งประกอบด้วยส่วนที่เป็นมาตร ประมาณค่าที่ถามเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาและส่วนที่เป็นคำถาม ปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การดำเนินงานของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา นครศรีธรรมราช เขต 1-4 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนโดยภาพรวมมี ระดับปานกลาง (2) การเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานระหว่างสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา นครศรีธรรมราชเขต 1-4 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนพบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to (1) evaluate the work performance of Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Offices; and (2) compare the work performance outcomes of Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Offices 1 -4. administrators and 312 teachers in secondary schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Offices 1-4. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire comprising the rating scale part to assess work performance of Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Offices and the open-ended question part. The employed statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. The .05 significance level was predetermined for hypothesis testing. Research findings showed that (1) the overall work performance of Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Offices, as perceived by school administrators and teachers, was at the moderate level; and (2) work performance outcomes of Nakhon Si Thammathirat Educational Service Area Offices 1 - 4, as perceived by school administrators and teachers, were not significantly differenten_US
