| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบรรยากาศองค์การที่เข้มแข็งในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอในเขตภาคกลาง (2) ศึกษาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอในเขตภาคกลาง และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การที่เข้มแข็งกับชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอในเขตภาคกลาง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ศรูในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอในเขตภาคกลาง จำนวน 322 คน ใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสองขั้นตอน เครื่องมือการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ขนิดมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับบรรยากาศองค์การที่เข้มแข็งและชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครู โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 และ 0.98 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) บรรยากาศองค์การที่เข้มแข็งในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอในเขตภาคกลาง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอในเขตภาคกลาง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) บรรยากาศองค์การที่เข้มแข็งกับชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอในเขตภาคกลาง มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกและอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 01 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were (1) to study the healthy organizational climate in district non-formal and informal education centers in the Central Region area; (2) to study the professional learning community of teachers in district non-formal and informal education centers in the Central Region area; and (3) to study the relationship between the healthy organizational climate and the professional learning community of teachers in district non-formal and informal education centers in the Central Region area. The sample consisted of 322 teachers under the district non-formal and informal education centers in the Central Region area, all of whom were obtained by two-stage sampling. The employed research instrument was an online rating scale questionnaire dealing with data on healthy organizational climate and the professional learning community of teachers, with reliability coefficients of 0.98 and 0.98, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall healthy organizational climate in the district non-formal and informal education centers in the Central Region area was at the high level; (2) the overall professional learning community of teachers in the district non-formal and informal education centers in the Central Region area was at the high level; and (3) the healthy organizational climate positively correlated at the highest level with the professional learning community of teachers in the district non-formal and informal education centers in the Central Region area, which was significant at the .01 level. | en_US |
