| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลโรงเรียนดีเด่นด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม (2) การบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนดีเด่นด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนดีเด่นด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และ (4) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนดีเด่นด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนดีเด่นคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ประจำปี 2559 สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 31 แห่ง กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจงซี่และมอร์แกน กำหนดกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานวิชาการ หัวหน้างานบริหารงานบุคคล หัวหน้างานงบประมาณ หัวหน้างานบริหารทั่วไป และครูผู้สอน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 248 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนดีเด่นด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ซึ่งมีความเที่ยงทั้งสองด้านเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนดีเด่นด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านย่อยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) การบริหารจัดการ โรงเรียนดีเด่นด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านปฏิบัติการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับควรบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนดีเด่นด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ในภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (4) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาดีเด่น ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม คือ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และ การคำนึงถึงปัจเจกบุคคล มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study (1) the transformational leadership level of school administrators; (2) the management level of excellent school in moral and ethics; (3) the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators in excellent school in moral and ethics and the management of excellent school in moral and ethics; and (4) to study the affecting of the transformational leadership to the management of excellent school in moral and ethics under The Office of The Basic Education Commission in academic year 2016. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. By using the purposive sampling, the respondents were school administrators, academic supervisors, head of personnel managements, budget supervisors, head of general administrations, and teachers. The research instruments were (1) a rating scale questionnaire on transformational leadership of school administrator and the management of excellent school in moral and ethics, with reliability coefficient of .96. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: (1) the overall transformational leadership of school administrators was rated at the highest level; (2) the overall management of excellent school in moral and ethics was rated at the highest level; (3) the relationship between the overall transformational leadership of school administrators and the overall management of excellent school in moral and ethics was at moderate level; and (4) the transformational leadership as focus on the aspect of the individualized consideration and the inspiration motivation affected the management of excellent school in moral and ethics in overall at the .05 level of statistical significance. | en_US |
