| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาโปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการประเมิน คุณภาพการบริหารจัดการโครงการอาหารกลางวันของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองเบตง จังหวัด ยะลา และ (2) ประเมินคุณภาพของโปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการประเมินคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการ โครงการอาหารกลางวัน ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ขั้นตอนการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ระบบงานโครงการอาหาร กลางวันของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองเบตง (2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมฐานข้อมูล (3) ตรวจสอบ คุณภาพเบื้องต้นของโปรแกรมฐานข้อมูล โดยจัดสนทนากลุ่มกับกลุ่มผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู รับผิดชอบโครงการอาหารกลางวัน และผู้ปฏิบัติการบันทึกข้อมูล รวม 15 คน และ(4) ทดลองใช้ งานจริง พร้อมประเมินคุณภาพของโปรแกรม โดยกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ กลุ่มผู้ใช้ข้อมูล จำนวน 10 คน และผู้ทำหน้าที่ กรอกข้อมูล จำนวน 5 คน ทั้งหมดได้มาโดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมฐานข้อมูล และ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏว่า (1) ได้โปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการประเมินคุณภาพการบริหาร จัดการโครงการอาหารกลางวัน พร้อมคู่มือการใช้โปรแกรม ที่มีความเหมาะสม และเป็นไปได้ และ (2) โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น สามารถใช้ประเมินคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการโครงการอาหาร กลางวันของโรงเรียน โดยให้สารสนเทศความพร้อมด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านประสิทธิภาพ กระบวนการ 9 ตัวบ่งชี้ และคุณภาพด้านผลผลิต 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ และกลุ่มผู้ใช้ข้อมูลและผู้ทำหน้าที่ กรอกข้อมูล ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมฐานข้อมูล ด้านการนำเข้า ข้อมูลและการประมวลผลข้อมูลว่า มีคุณภาพระดับ ดี ส่วนด้านการรายงานผลข้อมูล มีคุณภาพใน ระดับ ดีมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to (1) develop database program for evaluating quality of the School Lunch Project management of schools under Betong Municipality, Yala province; and (2) verify quality of the database program for evaluating quality of the School Lunch Project management of schools under Betong Municipality, Yala province. The study was conducted in three stages: (1) studying and analysis of the School Lunch Project work system of schools under Betong Municipality, Yala province; (2) Development of a database program; (3) preliminary quality verification of the developed database program by organizing a focus group discussion involving a group of 15 school administrators, teachers in charge of the School Lunch Project, and data recorders; and (4) trying out the developed program and verifying its quality by collecting tryout data from 10 program users and five data recorders, all of which were purposively selected. The employed research instruments were the developed database program and a questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research outcomes were as follows: (1) an appropriate and feasible database program, together with its manual, was developed for evaluating quality of the School Lunch Project management; and (2) the developed program could be used for quality evaluation of the School Lunch Project management by providing information on readiness of the input with six indicators, on efficiency of the process with nine indicators, and on quality of the output with four indicators; and the group of program users and data recorders assessed the appropriateness and feasibility of the data input and data processing components of the program as being at the good quality level, and assessed those of the information reporting component as being at the very good quality level | en_US |
