| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านมาตรฐานในระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ ISO 9001: 2015 ของพนักงานบริษัท เนชั่นแนล ออยล์เวล วาร์โก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (2) ศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการดำเนินกิจกรรมบริหารงานคุณภาพในระบบ ISO 9001: 2015 ของพนักงานบริษัท เนชั่นแนล ออยล์เวล วาร์โก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (3) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมบริหารงานคุณภาพในระบบ ISO 9001: 2015 ของพนักงานบริษัท เนชั่นแนล ออยล์เวล วาร์โก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (4) เปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมบริหารงานคุณภาพในระบบ ISO 9001: 2015 จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจของพนักงานบริษัท เนชั่นแนล ออยล์เวล วาร์โก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ (5) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจในการดำเนินกิจกรรมกับการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมบริหารงานคุณภาพในระบบISO 9001:2015 ของพนักงานบริษัท เนชั่นแนล ออยล์เวล วาร์โก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานบริษัท เนชั่นแนล ออยล์เวล วาร์โก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ที่มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมบริหารงานคุณภาพในระบบ ISO 9001: 2015 จำนวน 150 คน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยประชากร ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพISO 9001: 2015 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.67 (2) พนักงานมีแรงจูงใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีแรงจูงใจด้านปัจจัยจูงใจและด้านปัจจัยค้ำจุนอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งคู่ (3) พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมบริหารงานคุณภาพในระบบ ISO 9001:2015 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมด้านการตัดสินใจและด้านการดำเนินกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการรับผลประโยชน์และด้านการประเมินผลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (4) พนักงานที่มีระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน หน่วยงานที่สังกัด ตำแหน่งหน้าที่และระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจที่แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมบริหารงานคุณภาพในระบบ ISO 9001: 2015 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (5) แรงจูงใจทั้งด้านปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยค้ำจุนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการมีส่วนร่วม โดยพบว่าปัจจัยจูงใจมีระดับความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมสูงกว่าปัจจัยค้ำจุน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aims to: (1) study the understanding about ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system of employees in National Oilwell Varco (Thailand) Company Limited; (2) study the motivational levels in using ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system of employees in National Oilwell Varco (Thailand) Company Limited; (3) study the participating levels in the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system of employees in National Oilwell Varco (Thailand) Company Limited; (4) compare the participating levels in using ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, classified by personal factors, level of knowledge and understanding of employees in National Oilwell Varco (Thailand) Company Limited; and (5) study the relationship between motivational levels and participating levels in using ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system of employees in National Oilwell Varco (Thailand) Company Limited A survey was carried out with 150 employees who participated in using ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system were also participated in this process as well. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, population mean, standard deviation and Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation. The study showed that: (1) the most of employees with moderate level of understanding about ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system were at 80.67 %; (2) the overall motivational levels were at high level, both motivator factors and hygiene factor were at high level; (3) the overall participating levels in ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system activity was at high level, when considered in each factor, it was found that participation in decision making and implementation were at high level, while benefits and evaluation were moderate; (4) employees with different levels of education, work experience, departments, positions, and cognition resulted in different understanding and participating levels in using ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system; and (5) motivator factors and hygiene factors were positively correlated with participating levels that was found that motivator factors correlated with participating levels rather than hygiene factors in using ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system of employees in National Oilwell Varco (Thailand) Company Limited. | en_US |
