The Needs and the Guidelines for Promoting Active Learning Management of Schools under Bang Khun Thian District Office, Bangkok Metropolis

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the current conditions and desirable conditions for organizing Active Learning Management of Schools. 2) To study the needs in promoting Active Learning Management of Schools. 3) To study guidelines for promoting Active Learning Management of Schools. The sample group used in the research included teachers of Schools under Bang Khun Thian District Office, Bangkok Metropolis, 255 people using Taro Yamane's formula at a confidence level of 95%. And those who provide information on ways to promote Active Learning management are School Director, Teachers, Educational Supervisor, and Chief of Education Section, 7 people. There is a precision value of the current condition. and desirable conditions of the entire questionnaire were .970 and .949, respectively. And Guidelines for Promoting of Active Learning Management of Schools. Data analysis uses percentage, mean, and standard deviation values. Prioritizing needs using the PNIModified and content analysis.The results of the research 1) Current conditions are very proactive in Active Learning Management of Schools. 2) Desirable conditions of Active Learning Management of Schools Overall the most. 3) Need for Active Learning Management of Schools can be sorted as follows: Evaluation Active Learning Management. Next is the Design and Planning of Active Learning Management, Create the environment of Active Learning Management, and finally, Evaluation for organizing Active Learning Management. And 4) Guidelines for promoting Active Learning Management is (1) The Bangkok Education Office should plan and provide policies for proactive learning management to schools. (2) Educational supervisors should supervise and follow up. Using the principles of co-development supervision and develop a manual for proactive learning management to provide a guideline for teachers to study further. (3) Educational supervisors should work with School Director to organize training for teachers. and organized seminars for teachers to study and visit model schools, including creating PLCs in schools. (4) School Director should provide classroom supervision. Guidance and mentoring to help and provide advice to teachers on proactive learning management

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตบางขุนเทียน กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตบางขุนเทียน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 255 คน โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% และผู้ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู ศึกษานิเทศก์ และหัวหน้าฝ่ายการศึกษารวมทั้งสิ้น 7 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่ พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงของสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 และ .95 ตามลำดับ และแนวคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของสถานศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นโดยใช้สูตร PNIModified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของสถานศึกษา เรียงลำดับได้ ดังนี้คือ ด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ด้านการออกแบบและการวางแผนกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก ด้านการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ และด้านการดำเนินการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก และ 4) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ (1) สำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานครควรวางแผนและมอบนโยบายการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสู่โรงเรียน (2) ศึกษานิเทศก์ควรนิเทศติดตาม โดยใช้หลักการนิเทศแบบร่วมพัฒนา และพัฒนาคู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้ครูได้ศึกษาเพิ่มเติม และ (3) ศึกษานิเทศก์ควรร่วมกับผู้บริหารจัดอบรมให้แก่ครู และจัดสัมมนาให้ครูได้ศึกษาดูงานจากโรงเรียนต้นแบบ รวมถึงจัดทำ PLC ในโรงเรียน (4) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรนิเทศในชั้นเรียนโดยการชี้แนะและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยง เพื่อช่วยเหลือ และให้คำแนะนำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก
