Guidelines for Development of Using Information Technology to Create Learning Organization of Schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to study (1) the level of using information technology to create learning organization of schools; and (2) guidelines for development of using information technology to create learning organization of schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 291 school administrators and teachers in schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 during the 2023 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size and then simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size table. The key research informants were five experts. The employed research tools were a rating scale questionnaire on the level of using information technology to create learning organization of school, with reliability of .99, and an interview form concerning guidelines for development of using information technology to create learning organization of school. Research data were analyzed with the use of the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings revealed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of using information technology to create learning organization of the schools were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of using information to create learning organization could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: the aspect of using information technology in learning as a team, the aspect of being the well-informed person, the aspect of having the thinking model, the aspect of having the shared vision, and the aspect of thinking systematically; and (2) guidelines for development of using information technology to create learning organization of the schools were as follows: (2.1) the school administrators and teachers should utilize information technology in formulation of plans in order to determine the operation of the school in all dimensions; and (2.2) the teachers should have received the training on using information technology in order to develop their various tasks; and the school should provide supports on various technological aids to be used in developing the teachers to have all-round knowledge on the use of technology.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา และ (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 291 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการเทียบตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษาและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับระดับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .99 และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม การเป็นบุคคลรอบรู้ การมีรูปแบบทางความคิด การมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม และการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ และ (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ (2.1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูควรนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการวางแผน กำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษาให้ครบทุกมิติ และ (2.2) ครูควรเข้ารับการอบรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาพัฒนาในงานต่าง ๆ และโรงเรียนควรสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ มาใช้ในการพัฒนาครูให้มีความรู้รอบด้านในการใช้เทคโนโลยี
