Guidelines for Development the Student Help-Care System Using Digital Technology of Schools in Starbush Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to study (1) the current and desirable conditions in the operation of the student help-care system using digital technology of schools; (2) the needs for development of the operation of the student help-care system using digital technology of schools; and (3) guidelines for development the operation of the student help-care system using digital technology of schools in Starbush Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat.The research population comprised 184 consultative teachers in schools in Starbush Consortium. The key research informants were five experts. The employed research tools were a questionnaire on the current and desirable conditions of the operation of the student help-care system using digital technology, with reliability coefficients of .97 and .98 respectively, and an interview form concerning guidelines for development the operation of the student help-care system using digital technology. Research data were analyzed with the use of the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNImodified., and content analysis.The research findings revealed that (1) the current condition of the overall operation of the student help-care system using digital technology was rated at the moderate level, while the desirable condition of the overall operation of the student help-care system using digital technology was rated at the high level; (2) the top three needs for development of the operation of the student help-care system using digital technology were as follows: the need for development of the promotion and development of students, the need for development of the screening of students, and the need for development of prevention and solving of student’s problems; and (3) the guidelines for development the operation of the student help-care system using digital technology were as follows: (3.1) as a whole, there should be the training and the supports for the teachers to receive training to enable them to have knowledge and skills on using digital technology; there should be the provision of budgetary supports for acquisition of the computers, tablets, and the Internet with high speed signals; and there should be the supervision, monitoring and follow-up of the operation on a continuous basis including the co-ordination and creation of the online cooperation networks among the students, parents, teachers, and administrators; and (3.2) in the items of the top three needs, there should be the encouragement of teachers to use new applications in developing special abilities and searching for their own potential; there should be the formulation of policies and practice guidelines for application of digital technology in screening of students and taking the applications to be used in the creation of the online database of the students; and there should be the provision of the consultative service and the organization of online extra-curricular activities.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตสตาร์บุษ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาจันทบุรี ตราดประชากร คือ ครูที่ปรึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตสตาร์บุษ จำนวน 184 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 และ .98 ตามลำดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับแนวการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI modified) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียน และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล มีดังนี้ (3.1) ในภาพรวม ควรจัดอบรมและสนับสนุนให้ครูเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเพื่อให้ครูมีความรู้และทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ควรสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณในการจัดหาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ แท็บเล็ต และสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูง และควรมีการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตามการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงการประสานงานและสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือออนไลน์ระหว่างนักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง ครู และผู้บริหาร (3.2) ในรายข้อที่มีความต้องการจำเป็น 3 ลำดับแรก ควรส่งเสริมให้ครูใช้แอปพลิเคชันใหม่ ๆ ในการพัฒนาความสามารถพิเศษและค้นหาศักยภาพแห่งตน ควรกำหนดนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติในการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการคัดกรองนักเรียนและนำแอปพลิเคชันมาใช้ในการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลของนักเรียนในระบบออนไลน์ และควรมีบริการให้คำปรึกษาและจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรในรูปแบบออนไลน์
