Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Competency of Creative Learning Management of Teachers in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study innovative leadership level of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi; 2) to study the level of competency of creative learning management of teachers in schools; 3) to study the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and the level of competency of creative learning management of teachers in schools; and 4) to analyze innovative leadership of school administrators affecting the level of competency of creative learning management of teachers in schools.The research sample consisted of 329 teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size and then simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire with reliability coefficients of .99 and .97, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression analysis.The research findings showed that 1) both the overall and specific aspects of innovative leadership of the school administrators were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of innovative leadership could be ranked from top to bottom as follows: that of creative thinking, that of the creation of inspiration, that of working as a team and participation, that of risk management, that of having vision, that of the creation of innovation creation atmosphere, that of the creation of collaboration with external organizations, and that of communications; 2) both the overall and specific aspects of innovative learning management competency of the teachers in the schools were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of innovative learning management competency could be ranked from top to bottom as follows: that of organizing creative learning activities, that of learner -centered learning design, that of creating an atmosphere that promotes learner’s freedom in learning, that of developing teachers' creative teaching potential, and that of creative evaluation of the learners.; 3) innovative leadership of the school administrators correlated positively with innovative learning management competency of the teachers in the schools that was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance, with the correlation coefficient of .744; and 4)innovative leadership of the school administrators significantly affected creative learning management competency of the teachers in the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi at the .01 level of statistical significance; and the predictive coefficient was .554.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ 2) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครูในสถานศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับระดับสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครูในสถานศึกษา และ 4) วิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อระดับสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครูในสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ จำนวน 329 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้ขนาดของโรงเรียนเป็นชั้นในการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .99 และ .97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่ายผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจ ด้านการทํางานเป็นทีมและมีส่วนร่วม ด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยง ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายการทำงานร่วมกับองค์กรภายนอก และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร 2) สมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครูในสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้อย่างสร้างสรรค์ การออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ การสร้างบรรยากาศที่ส่งเสริมอิสระในการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน การพัฒนาศักยภาพการสอนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครู และการประเมินผลผู้เรียนอย่างสร้างสรรค์ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสมรรถนะการจัด การเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครูในสถานศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .744 และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ เชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์เท่ากับ .554
