The Relationship between Technological Leadership of School Administrations and Teaching Effectiveness of Teachers in Schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Mukdahan Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study technological leadership of school administrators; (2) to study teaching effectiveness of teachers; and (3) to study the relationship between technological leadership of school administrators and teaching effectiveness of teachers in schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Mukdahan province.The sample consisted of 140 teachers in schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Mukdahan province, which were determined by Krejice and Morgan Table and then obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a questionnaire on technological leadership of school administrators and teaching effectiveness of teachers, with reliability coefficients of .98, .98, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product- moment correlation coefficient.The research findings indicated that 1) the overall and each aspect of technological leadership of school administrators were rated at the high level. When considering all specific aspects, they could be ranked based on their rating means from the highest to the lowest as follows: that of having a technological vision, that of technology support in teaching and learning, that of technological personnel development, that of promoting the use of technology in management, and that of having legal knowledge and technology ethics, 2) the overall and each aspect of teaching effectiveness of teachers were rated at the high level. When considering all specific aspects, they could be ranked based on their rating means from the highest to the lowest as follows: that of instructional design, that of setting teaching objectives, that of organizing instructional activities, that of atmosphere and environment arrangement, and that of instructional measure and evaluation; and 3)the technological leadership of school administrators and the teaching effectiveness of teachers in schools under the office of the Private Education Commission in Mukdahan province were positively correlated at the high level, which was significant at the .01 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดมุกดาหารกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดมุกดาหาร จำนวน 140 คน ได้จากการเปิดตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน และสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือการวิจัยที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ.98 และประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ.99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปหาค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ดังนี้ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ทางเทคโนโลยี การสนับสนุนเทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอน การพัฒนาบุคลากรทางเทคโนโลยี การส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหาร และการมีความรู้ทางกฎหมาย จริยธรรมทางเทคโนโลยี 2) ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปหาค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ดังนี้ การออกแบบการเรียนการสอน การกำหนดจุดประสงค์การเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การจัดบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อม และการวัด และประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนการสอน และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดมุกดาหาร มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01
