Roles of Administrators in Learning Management Development in the 21st Century of Schools under Nakhon Nayok Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the roles of administrators in learning management development in the 21st Century, and 2) to compare the roles of administrators in learning management development in the 21 Century of schools under Nakhon Nayok Educational Service Area Office, as classified by school size. The research sample consisted of 293 teachers in schools under Nakhon Nayok Educational Service Area Office, obtained by tables of Krejcie and Morgan and stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a questionnaire on roles of administrators in learning management development in the 21st Century with a reliability of .98. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA and Scheffe’s method of pairwise comparison.The results of the study found that 1) the overall and aspects of roles of administrators in learning management development in the 21st Century were rated at the high level, and the specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means from the highest to the lowest as follows: supporting media, innovation and technology, developing teachers and personnel, supporting teaching and learning activities, supporting measurement and evaluation, supervision, and monitoring, and academic leadership; and 2) regarding the comparison of the roles of administrators in learning management development in the 21st Century, as classified by school size, it was found that the overall of roles of administrators in learning management development in the 21st Century was significantly different at the .05 level, and when comparing pairs, it was found that the small schools differ significantly from medium schools and large schools in every aspects at the .05 level in terms of supporting media, innovation and technology, supporting learning management activities, supporting measurement and evaluation, supervision and monitoring.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก จำนวน 293 คน ได้จากการเปิดตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่21 ในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปหาค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ดังนี้ การสนับสนุนสื่อ นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี การพัฒนาครูและบุคลากร การสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การสนับสนุนการวัดและประเมินผล การนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตาม และการเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการ และ 2) การเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่าแตกต่างกัน โดยโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กแตกต่างกับโรงเรียนขนาดกลางและโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในด้าน การสนับสนุนสื่อ นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี การสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การสนับสนุนการวัดและประเมินผล และการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตาม
