| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการดำเนินกิจกรรม สหกรณ์ในโรงเรียน ของโรงเรียนบ้านแม่สลิดหลวงวิทยาอำเภอท่าสองยางจังหวัดตาก โดยมุ่งศึกษาใน เรื่องความรู้ความเข้าใจ การมีส่วนร่วมและความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของ ครูเกี่ยวกับการ ดำเนินกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียนบ้านแม่สลิดหลวงวิทยา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนช่วงชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 4 – มัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 3 จำนวน 268 คน และครูจำนวน 65 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามสำหรับนักเรียน และ แบบสอบถามสำหรับครูวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ความรู้ความเข้าใจของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ ในโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับน้อย มีนักเรียนที่ได้คะแนนต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 50 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.4 ขณะที่นักเรียนที่ ได้คะแนนมากกว่าร้อยละ 80 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 0.4 ผลการวิเคราะห์การมีส่วนร่วมของนักเรียนต่อกิจกรรม สหกรณ์ในโรงเรียนรายข้อส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น การจะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ ผลิตผล มาฝากขายที่ สหกรณ์โรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยภาพรวมนักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการวิเคราะห์ ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อกิจกรรมสหกรณ์โรงเรียนรายข้อส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น ส่วนลดที่ ได้รับจากการซื้อสินค้าของสหกรณ์โรงเรียน และการประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้าการเสนอขายและแนะนำ สินค้าแก่สมาชิกอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยภาพรวมนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก 2) ความ คิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการจัดการกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียนของครู พบว่า ระดับการปฏิบัติของการ ดำเนินการกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียนรายข้อ ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง ยกเว้น สภาพพื้นที่ ตัว อาคารของสหกรณ์ร้านค้ามีความเหมาะสม ครูและนักเรียนสมัครใจเข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์ โรงเรียน กำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบในการบริหารงานกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ได้ชัดเจน มีผลกำไรเงินปันผลและเฉลี่ย คืนแก่สมาชิกทุกปี การศึกษา สมาชิกมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับ มากโดยภาพรวมครูมีความคิดเห็นว่าระดับการปฏิบัติของ การดำเนินการกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียน ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this independent study were to 1) study operation of cooperative activity in school, Baanmaesalidluangwitthaya School, Thasongyang District, Tak Province aiming at the study on knowledge, understanding, participation approach including satisfaction of students and 2) study opinions of teachers toward operation of cooperative activity in Baanmaesalidluangwitthaya School. The sample population included a number of 268 students ranging from Prathom 4 upto Mathayom 3 and 65 teachers. The instrument for data gathering was questionnaire to survey both students and teachers. Data analysis was conducted by computer programs. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results of the study were as follows. 1) Students’ knowledge and understanding on operation of cooperative activity in school was at low level. Students who obtained scores below 50% showed as high as 85.4% while those who obtained scores over 80% showed 0.4% only. Analysis on students’ participation approach in school’s cooperative activity; most of individual items were at high level, except for taking their products to sell at cooperative store which was at medium level. By overall, students’ participation was at high level. Analysis result in terms of students’ satisfaction towards school’s cooperative activities; most of individual items were at high level except for special reduction when purchasing goods from the school’s cooperative, public relations for goods, presentation of introduction of goods to members were at medium level. By overall, students’ satisfaction was at high level. 2) Teachers’ opinions regarding management process in school’s cooperative activity, in terms of operation, it was found most of individual items were at medium level, except for location of ground and building of cooperative were suitable. Teachers and students were willing to be members of cooperative in school. Responsible persons were clearly assigned to run cooperative activity in school with profits and average dividend back to members every academic year. Members’ satisfaction toward operation of cooperative activity in school was at high level.
