| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการปฏิบติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติตนของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการเขต 1 (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติตนของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 ที่มีขนาดต่างกันและครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน และ (3) เสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมการปฏิป่ติตามมาตร ฐานการปฏิบัติตนของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาดังกล่าว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ครู ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการเขต1ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 327 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน และได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า สอบถามเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติตนของครูใน สถานศึกษา ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.94 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติตนของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนัก งานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณา รายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีเพียงด้านจรรยาบรรณต่อตนเองด้านเดียวที่มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติตนของครูเพศชายและครูเพศ หญิงมีการปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกัน และการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติตนของครูในสถานศึกษาตามขนาดของ โรงเรียนโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ข้อเสนอ แนวทางการส่งเสริมในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติตนของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 ได้แก่ ควรมีการพัฒนาครูด้านการสอนและการปฏิบัติงาน การอบรมให้ความรู้เรื่องโครงการและแหล่งเรียนรู้ ส่งเสริมให้ครูเห็นความสำคัญของการพัฒนานักเรียนอย่างจริงจังและ ต่อเนื่อง ส่งเสริมให้ครูมีความสามัคคี และจัดครูเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกับวัด ชุมชน องค์กรส่วนท้องถิ่น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the conduct based on teacher’s standard practice of teachers in schools under Samut Prakan Primary Education Service Area Office 1; (2) to compare levels of the conduct based on teacher’s standard practice of teachers in schools under Samut Prakan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 as classified by school size and gender; and (3) to offer guidelines for promotion of the conduct based on teacher’s standard practice of teachers in schools under the Office. The research sample consisted of 327 randomly selected teachers from basic education schools under Samut Prakan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2017. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The instrument used was a rating scale survey questionnaire on the conduct based on teacher’s standard practice of teachers in school, with reliability coefficient of 0.94. Data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. Research findings showed that (1) the overall conduct based on teacher’s standard practice of teachers in schools under Samut Prakan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was rated at the highest level; when specific aspects of the conduct were considered, almost all aspects were rated at the highest level, excepting the aspect of the code of ethics toward oneself which was rated at the high level; (2) the results of comparison showed that male and female teachers did not differ significantly in their levels of conduct based on teacher’s standard practice; however, teachers in schools of different sizes differed significantly in both their overall and by-aspect levels of conduct at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (3) the suggestions on guidelines for promotion of the conduct based on teacher’s standard practice of teachers in schools under Samut Prakan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 were the following: the teachers should be developed on teaching methods and work performance; they should be trained to equip them with knowledge on project work and learning sources; they should be encouraged to see the importance of seriously development of the students on a continuous basis; they should be encouraged to be united; and they should be assigned to participate in activities organized by the wats, community, and local organizations. | en_US |
