| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานศึกษาเอกชน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ (2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานศึกษาเอกชน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 20 คน หัวหน้างาน 20 คน และครู 295 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 335 คน จากสถานศึกษาเอกชน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) การดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนเอกชนอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ อัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา มาตรการส่งเสริมการสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ การจัดการ และคุณภาพผู้เรียน (2) ผลการเปรียบการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนเอกชนอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำแนกตามขนาดในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายคู่ ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน และมาตรการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมีการดำเนินงานแตกต่างกับโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่และ โรงเรียนใหญ่พิเศษอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ด้านการจัดการและการสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมีการดำเนินงานแตกต่างกับโรงเรียนขนาดกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 นอกนั้นไม่แตกต่างกัน. | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to examine the operation of internal quality assurance at basic education level of private schools in Mueang district, Chiang Mai province, and (2) to compare the levels of operation of internal quality assurance at basic education level of private schools in Mueang district, Chiang Mai province, as classified by school size. The sample consisted of 335 school personnel classified into 20 administrators, 20 section heads, and 295 teachers, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research tool was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .96. The data were statistically analyzed using the mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s pairwise comparison method. The results were presented as follows: (1) both the overall and by-aspect levels of operation of internal quality assurance at basic education level of private schools in Mueang district, Chiang Mai province were at the highest level; the operational aspects could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the identity of school, the promotional measures, the creation of learning society, the management, and quality of students, respectively; (2) results of comparison of the operation levels of internal quality assurance at basic education level of private schools in Mueang district, Chiang Mai province, as classified by school size showed significant difference of overall operation at the .05 level of statistical significance, which could be elaborated as follows: in the aspect of quality of students and promotional measures, the operation in small schools was significantly different from those in large and extra-large schools at the .05 level; in the aspects of management and the creation of learning society, the operation in small schools was significantly different from that in medium sized schools at the .05 level; however, no significant difference was found in any other aspects. | en_US |
