| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเสริมสร้างความ เข้มแข็งของพัฒนากรในพื้นที่ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือทางวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน เขตที่ 8 (2) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคใน การเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของพัฒนากรในพื้นที่ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือทางวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน เขตที่ 8 (3) แนวทาง พัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพัฒนากรในพื้นที่ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือทางวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน เขตที่ 8 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่พัฒนากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือทางวิชาการพัฒนา ชุมชน เขตที่ 8 จังหวัดชุมพร ระนอง สุราษฏร์ธานีและนครศรีธรรมราชจำนวน 902 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามใน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 277 คนโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างหลายขั้นตอน และใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารศูนย์ช่วยเหลือทางวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชนเขต 8 จำนวน 4 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการ วิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของพัฒนากรในพื้นที่ศูนย์ ช่วยเหลือทางวิชากรพัฒนาชุมชนเรียงตามความสามารถในการพยากรณ์ได้แก่ปัจจัยด้านความรู้ความสามารถใน การปฏิบัติงาน ความมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ บรรยากาศภายในองค์กร การเป็นผู้นาทางด้านวิชาการ การเป็นผู้ ประสานงาน การเป็นผู้ร่วมปฏิบัติงาน และ การเป็นผู้ส่งเสริมและเผยแพร่ทักษะตามลำดับ (2) ปัญหาและ อุปสรรคในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของพัฒนากรเรียงตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและพัฒนากรจากมากไป น้อยได้แก่ปัญหาและอุปสรรคด้านงบประมาณเกี่ยวกับการขับเคลื่อนจำกัด การเตรียมการ การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อให้ ขับเคลื่อนในหมู่บ้าน การขยายผลหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การเพิ่มทักษะ การทบทวนหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ตามลำดับ (3) แนวทางพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและพัฒนากรได้แก่ รัฐบาลควรจัดสรรงบประมาณเกี่ยวกับการขับเคลื่อน การเตรียมการอย่างรอบคอบ การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อให้ ขับเคลื่อนในหมู่บ้านอย่างต่อเนื่อง การขยายผลหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงให้มีขอบข่ายกว้างมากขึ้น การเพิ่ม ทักษะการทำงานของพัฒนากร การทบทวนผลการดำเนินงานของหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research was a survey research intended to study (1) factors affecting strength enhancement of developers in the area of Developers in the Improving Educational Community Service Center 8 Branch; (2) problems and barriers to enhance the strength of Developers in the Improving Educational Community Service Center 8 Branch; and (3) guidelines to improve efficiency of Developers in the Improving Educational Community Service Center 8 Branch. Population consisted of 902 executives and developers at Improving Educational Community Service Center 8 Branch at Surat Thani, Chumphon, Ranong and Nakon Sri Thammarat provinces. Several steps of sampling method was applied. Questionnaire was used with 277 samples, while interview was employed with 4 executives of Improving Educational Community Service Center 8 Branch. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t- test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Research result revealed that; (1) factors that affected strength enhancement of Developers in the Improving Educational Community Service Center 8 Branch, listed in order of prediction efficiency were: ability to work, human relations, organizational atmosphere, academic leader, coordinator, teamwork, promoter ability and disseminator skill; (2) problems and barriers to enhance the strength of developers, according to executives and developers’ opinions, listed in order from most important to least important were: limited budget to drive the activities, preparation of activities, arrangement to initiate activities in the village, maximization of sufficiency economy village, the increasing of skill, and the review of sufficiency economy village; and (3) guidelines to improve the efficiency of developers’ performance, according to executives and developers’ opinions were: the government should allocate sufficient budget to drive the activities, deliberate preparation should be emphasized, activities in the village should be conducted continuously, sufficiency economy village should be broadened while result maximized, developers’ skill should be increased, and finally, performance of sufficiency economy village should be reviewed | en_US |
