dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการส่งบุตรหลาน เข้าเรียนพิเศษในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีขอบเขตการศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้ปกครองในระดับชั้น ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ถึง ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในด้านทัศนคติที่มีต่อการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนพิเศษ ในด้านพฤติกรรมของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนพิเศษ ในด้านปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการ เลือกโรงเรียนสอนพิเศษ ในด้านความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่าง ๆ ในด้าน ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนพิเศษ และในด้านการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ ทางการตลาดที่เหมาะสมสำหรับธุรกิจการสอนพิเศษ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 99 ราย ผู้ปกครองชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 93 ราย ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 96 ราย ผู้ปกครองชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จำนวน 94 ราย ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 100 ราย และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 101 ราย รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 583 ราย ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ปกครองมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการเรียนพิเศษและเห็นว่ามีความจำเป็น ในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนพิเศษ ผู้ปกครองให้ความสำคัญการเรียนพิเศษทั้งในด้านวิชาการและ สันทนาการ โดยการให้ความสำคัญในด้านวิชาการจะสูงขึ้นตามระดับชั้นเรียนที่สูงขึ้นและผู้ปกครอง ส่วนใหญ่ส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนพิเศษต่อเนื่องมากกว่า 1 ปี นิยมส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนพิเศษใน วันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ ทั้งในช่วงเปิดภาคเรียนและปิดภาคเรียน โดยส่วนใหญ่มีการส่งบุตรหลาน เข้าเรียนพิเศษทั้งด้านวิชาการและสันทนาการควบคู่กันปัจจัยหลักที่มีอิทธิพลในการเลือกโรงเรียน สอนพิเศษของผู้ปกครอง ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านตัวผลิตภ้ฌฑ์และปัจจัยด้านการจัดจำาหน่าย ปัจจัยด้าน ราคาค่าเล่าเรียนและรูปแบบการชำระเงินและปัจจัยด้านการส่งเสริมการขายผู้ปกครองมีความคาค หวังจากผลของการเรียนพิเศษในระดับมาก | th_TH |

dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study the Parents’ Attitude towards extra classes tuition for their children in Bangkok where the focus of the study were Parents of primary level (Primary 1 to Primary 6) or Pratomsuksa 1 to Pratomsuksa 6; (2) to study Parents’ behavior in sending their children for extra classes; (3) to study influential factors affecting parents’ decision on extra classes selection; (4) to study the satisfactions of parents upon influential factors affecting their decisions; (5) to study parental anticipations as a result of extra classes attainment; and (6) to find out an appropriate Marketing Strategy suitable for extra classes tuition business. The sample of the study consisted of 583 parents which were divided into six groups; 99 parents in Primary 1, 93 parents in Primary 2,96 parents in Primary 3, 94 parents in Primary 4,100 parents in Primary 5 and 101 parents in Primary' 6 by Non - Probability Accidental Sampling. The data were collected by using the questionnaires (Rating Scale). The percentage, mean, standard deviation and correlation were used for data Analyzed through SPSS The study revealed that (1) Parents have positive attitude towards Extra Classes tuition and most parents think that it is necessary to send their children for extra Classes. Parents put more attention on academic curriculum subjects rather than non - academic curriculum subjects where the focus would be stronger when there children approaching higher primary level. (2) Most parents send their children to attend extra classes continuously for the period of more than one year and prefer their children to have classes during weekend for both academic and non academic subjects. Parents have high level of anticipation. Product Price Place and Promotion should be considered as important factors for extra classes tuition business | en_US |
