| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ(1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียน (2) ศึกษาปัญหาการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียน และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการ จำนวน 27 คน รองผู้อำนวยการ จำนวน 27 คน และครูแนะแนว จำนวน 36 คน รวมทั้งหมด 90 คน ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีปีการศึกษา 2557 เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานแนะแนวมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .82 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการดำเนินงานแนะแนวโดยภาพรวมของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านบริการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดได้แก่ด้านบริการปรึกษา (2) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานแนะแนวโดยภาพรวมของโรงเรียนดังกล่าว พบว่า อยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านบริการสนเทศ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านบริการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นรายบุคคล และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการ พัฒนาการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนดังกล่าว มีดังนี้ ควรจัดตั้งคลินิกสุขภาพจิต ควรชัดให้มีโครงการพี่แนะนำน้องหรือเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน ควรให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดบริการแนะแนวครู แนะแนวควรแบ่งประเภทนักเรียนออกเป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยงและกลุ่มปกติ และโรงเรียนควรจัดตั้ง คณะกรรมการประเมินผลงานแนะแนว เพื่อพัฒนาบริการแนะแนวให้ดียิ่งขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the state of guidance operation of schools; ( 2) to study the problems of guidance operation of schools, and (3) to study guidelines for development of guidance operation of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area 11 in Surat Thani province. The research sample consisted of 27 directors, 27 deputy directors, and 36 guidance teachers of secondary schools under the Secondary Education Service Area 11 in Surat Thani province during the 2014 academic year. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on opinionstoward the school guidance operation, with reliability coefficient of . 82. Research data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that (1) regarding the state of guidance operation of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area 11 in Surat Thani province, it was found that the overall rating mean for the operation was at the high level; when specific aspects of the operation were considered, the aspect receiving the highest rating mean was that of individual inventory service, while the aspect receiving the lowest rating mean was that of counseling service; (2) regarding the problems of guidance operation of the schools, it was found that overall rating mean for the problems was at the low level; when specific problems were considered, the problem receiving the highest rating mean was that of information service, while the problem receiving the lowest rating mean was that of individual inventory service; and (3) regarding suggestions concerning guidelines for development of guidance operation of the schools, the following suggestions were given: the mental health clinic should be established; there should be a project for seniors helping juniors or friends helping friends; the students should be allowed to participate in providing the guidance services; guidance teachers should categorize students into the risky group and the normal group; and the school should establish a committee to evaluate the school guidance operation in order to improve the school guidance services | en_US |
