| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 (2) ศึกษาการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน (3) ศึกษาความ สัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน และ (4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์การบริหารโดยใช้ โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 124 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 124 คน ครูหัวหน้างาน จำนวน 496 คน รวม ทั้งสิ้น 620 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า จำนวน 2 ฉบับ เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการบริหารโดยใช้ใรงเรียนเป็นฐานซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 และ 0.96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุ การทดสอบสมมุติฐานใช้ระดับความ มีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 ตามการรับรู้ของครูหัวหน้างานโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่ครูรับรู้จากมาก ไปน้อย ได้แก่ การคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล (X4) การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ (X,) การมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ (X,) และการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา (X3X2) การบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามการรับรู้ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับ การบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ มี 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ (X2) และ ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ (X1) (4) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็น ฐานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ (X,) ซึ่งอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการบริหารโดยใช้ โรงเรียนเป็นฐานได้ร้อยละ 4 และ (5) สมการพยากรณ์การบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาขั้น พื้นฐาน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 ในรูปคะแนนดิบ คือ Y = 2.870 + 0.262 (X) และในรูปคะแนน มาตรฐาน คือ Z = 0.196 (Z2) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were (1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators in basic education schools in Narathiwat Educational Service Area 2; (2) to study school-based management(SBM) in basic education schools; (3) to study the relationship between the transformational leadership of the school administrators and SBM in basic education schools; and (4) to construct a regression equation for prediction of SBM in basic education schools. The sample consisted of 124 basic education schools in Narathiwat Educational Service Area 2 in the academic year 2010. The respondents totaling 620 school personnel consisted of 124 school administrators and 496 supervising teachers obtained by a purposive sampling. Two ratmg scale questionnaires were employed for data collection. Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients for the transformational leadership and SBM questionnaires were 0.98 and 0.96 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product- moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The .05 level of statistical significance was predetermined for hypothesis testing. The research findings were as follows: (1) The overall transformational leadership of the school administrators in basic education schools in Narathiwat Education Sendee Area 2, as perceived by supendsing teachers, was at the high level, with aspect rating means being ranked from high to low based on the perception of teachers as follows: consideration for individual difference (X4), creation of inspiration (X2), having ideological influences (Xi), and intellectual motivationfXs), respectively. (2) The overall SBM in basic education schools, as perceived by school administrators, was at the high level. (3) Two factors in transformational leadership were found to correlate positively and significantly with SBM in basic education schools, namely, having ideological mfluences (Xi), and creation of inspiration (X2). (4) The only predictor that significantly affected SBM was the factor of creation of inspiration (X2) which could explain 4% of the variance in SBM. (5) The regression equations for prediction of SBM in basic education schools in Narathiwat Educational Service Area 2 were as follows: In terms of raw scores: Y = 2.870 + 0.262(X2); In terms of standardized scores: z = 0.196 (Z2) | en_US |
