| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชน (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยของผู้รับบริการและ (3) เสนอแนวทางส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชนในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยของผู้รับบริการในอำเภออ่าวลึก จังหวัดกระบี่ งานวิจัยนี้ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้นำชุมชน จำนวน 191 คน และครู กศน.ตำบล จำนวน 11 คน ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้รับบริการในอำเภออ่าวลึก จังหวัดกระบี่ ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 379 คน รวม 581 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชนในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยของผู้รับบริการในอำเภออ่าวลึก จังหวัดกระบี่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา นอกจากนั้นมีการสนทนากลุ่ม เพื่อหาแนวทางส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชนในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ การมีส่วนร่วมรับผลประโยชน์และการมีส่วนร่วมประเมินผล มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วม น้อย ส่วนการมีส่วนร่วมดำเนินการ มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วม ปานกลาง (2) สำหรับความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่าผู้นำชุมชนขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับงานการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย และขาดอำนาจในการตัดสินใจในการร่วมวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และ (3) แนวทางส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชนในการจัดกิจกรรมได้แก่ ควรให้ความรู้และจัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับนโยบายหรือแผนการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อร่วมวางแผนการปฏิบัติร่วมกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the state of participation of community leaders; (2) to study opinions and recommendations of those who were involved in organizing non-formal and informal education activities for clients; and (3) to propose guidelines for promoting community leader’s participation in organizing non-formal and informal education activities for clients in Ao Luek district, Krabi province. The research sample totaling 581 persons consisted of 191community leaders, 11 district non-formal education teachers, and randomly selected 379 non-formal education clients in Ao Luek district, Krabi province. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on opinions concerning guidelines for promoting community leader’s participation in organizing non-formal and informal education activities for clients in Ao Luek district, Krabi province. Research data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. In addition, a focus group discussion was organized to seek guidelines for promoting community leader’s participation. Research findings revealed that (1) regarding the state of community leader’s participation, it was found that community leaders participated at the low level in the aspects of decision making, benefits sharing, and evaluation; while they participated at the moderate level in the operation aspect; (2) as for opinions and recommendations of those who were involved in organizing the activities, it was found that the community leaders lacked knowledge and understanding on the work of non-formal and informal education, and lacked the power to make decisions on participation in planning for organizing the activities; and (3) the guidelines for promoting community leader’s participation in organizing the activities were the following: the community leaders should be provided with the knowledge on organizing non-formal and informal education activities; also, documents on policies and operational plans of non-formal and informal education activities should be made available to community leaders in order to promote their participation in preparation of the action plans | en_US |
