| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อประเมินมาตรฐานด้านผู้เรียนโรงเรียนบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และ (2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อประเมินมาตรฐานด้านผู้เรียนโรงเรียนบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้พัฒนาระบบ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 2 คน ครูผู้ปฏิบัติงานสารสนเทศโรงเรียน จำนวน 2คน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน และครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้จำนวน 8 คน และกลุ่มผู้ใช้ระบบ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้รับผิดชอบมาตรฐานด้านผู้เรียน จำนวน 6 คนเจ้าหน้าที่กรอกข้อมูล จำนวน 3 คน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา จำนวน 2 คนรวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 28 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อประเมินมาตรฐานด้านผู้เรียน แบบสอบถามผู้ใช้ระบบเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้าข้อมูล การประมวลผลข้อมูลการรายงานผล และ แนวคำถามในการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ได้ระบบสารสนเทศ พร้อมคู่มือการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อประเมินมาตรฐานด้านผู้เรียนโรงเรียนบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ซึ่งมีระบบการจัดการเกี่ยวกับข้อมูล ที่ตอบสนองการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การประมวลผลข้อมูลและการนำเสนอข้อมูลสารสนเทศต่าง ๆ เพี่อสนับสนุนการประเมินมาตรฐานด้านผู้เรียน โดยแบ่งการทางานออกเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ การนำเข้าข้อมูล การประมวลผลข้อมูล และ การนำเสนอข้อมูลสารสนเทศ และ (2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประเมินมาตรฐานด้านผู้เรียน พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น ในด้านองค์ประกอบของระบบด้านการนำเข้าข้อมูลอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ด้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และด้านการรายงานผลอยู่ในระดับดีมากโดยระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นทำให้ได้ข้อมูลและสารสนเทศที่ตรงกับความต้องการ สะดวก รวดเร็ว สามารถพิมพ์รายงานได้รวดเร็วและทันต่อการใช้งาน และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการปฏิบัติงานได้จริง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to develop an information system for evaluation of student standards of Bang Saphan School in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province; and (2) to evaluate efficiency of the information system for evaluation of student standards of Bang Saphan School in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The research sample totaling 28 school personnel comprised two groups. Group one was the group of system developers. Key informants in this group were two school administrators, two teachers in charge of information technology work in school, five teachers in charge of educational quality assurance in school, and eight teachers who were the heads of learning areas in school. Group two was the group of system users. Key informants in this group were six teachers responsible for the student standards, three data recording personnel, and two teachers in charge of educational quality assurance in school. The employed research instruments comprised an information system program for evaluation of student standards; a questionnaire for system users on data input, data processing, and output reporting; and question guidelines for focus group discussion. Data were analyzed using the frequency, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Research findings showed that (1) an information system for evaluation of student standards of Bang Saphan School, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, together with its manual was developed; this was a data management system that responded to the filing, processing, and presenting of information in support of student standards evaluation, and comprised three work components: the input of data, the processing of data, and the reporting of information; and (2) as for results of efficiency evaluation of the information system for evaluation of student standards, it was found that efficiency of the data input dimension of the developed information system was rated at the very good level; that of the data processing dimension was rated at the very good level; and that of the output reporting dimension was rated at the very good level; also, the developed information system enabled the school to obtain the data and information which were relevant to its needs, convenient, speedy, and facilitating the fast and on-time printing of reports that were beneficial and feasible for actual implementation in work performance of the school | en_US |
