| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บวิชาเขียนแบบ เทคนิคเบื้องต้น สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนศรีสะเกษวิทยาลัย ประชากร ได้แก่ (1) ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี โรงเรียน ศรีสะเกษวิทยาลัย จำนวน 22 คน นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนศรีสะเกษวิทยาลัย จำนวน 652 คน (2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิจัย จำนวน 2 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวัดผลและประเมินผล จำนวน 2 คน รวมจำนวน 7 คน และ (3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนศรีสะเกษวิทยาลัย ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 154 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบ เจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) แบบสอบถามความต้องการระบบการเรียนการ สอนผ่านเว็บของครูผู้สอนและนักเรียน (2) แบบระดมความเห็นในการสนทนากลุ่ม และ (3) แบบ ประเมินเพื่อรับรองคุณภาพระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บสำหรับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จากผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของครูผู้สอนและผู้เรียนเกี่ยวกับ ระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บ ครูผู้สอนมีความต้องการร้อยละ 100 นักเรียนมีความต้องการร้อยละ 60.39 (2) การระดมความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บ พบว่า มี ความเป็นไปได้ ชัดเจน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิรับรองระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บ ว่ามีคุณภาพอยู่ใน ระดับดี และ (3) ระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บ ประกอบด้วย (ก) การสำรวจปัญหาและความ ต้องการ (ข) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (ค) การผลิตสื่อการเรียนการสอน (ง) การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางการ เรียนเสมือน (จ) การถ่ายทอดเนื้อหาและประสบการณ์ และ (ฉ) การประเมินการเรียนการสอน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research was to develop a web-based instructional system in the Preliminary Technical Writing Course for Mathayom Suksa V students at Si Sa Ket Wittayalai School. The research population comprised (1) 22 teachers teaching in the Career and Technology Learning Area and 652 Mathayom Suksa V students at Si Sa Ket Wittayalai School; (2) the total number of seven experts comprising three experts on educational technology, two experts on research, and two experts on educational measurement and evaluation; and (3) three specialists on educational technology. The research sample consisted of 154 Mathayom Suksa V students studying in the first semester of the 2014 academic year at Si Sa Ket Wittayalai School, obtained by purposive sampling. The employed research instruments comprised (1) a questionnaire on the needs for web-based instructional system of teachers and students; (2) a brain storming form for focus group discussion; and (3) an evaluation form to verify quality of the web-based instructional system for the specialists. Data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, and content analysis. From the research findings, it was found that (1) analysis results of the needs for web-based instructional system of the teachers and the students showed that 100 per cent of the teachers and 60.39 per cent of the students expressed their needs for the web-based instructional system; (2) results of brain storming involving experts concerning the web-based instructional system showed that the developed system was feasible and clear, and the specialists verified that the developed web-based instructional system had good quality; and (3) the developed web-based instructional system had the following components: (a) the survey of problems and needs; (b) the curriculum development; (c) the instructional media production; (d) the provision of virtual learning environment; (e) the imparting of contents and experience; and (f) the evaluation of instruction | en_US |
