| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 34 กลุ่มดอยสุเทพ (2) พัฒนาแบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 34 กลุ่มดอยสุเทพ และ (3) ประเมินแบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 34 กลุ่มดอยสุเทพ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษ จำนวน 48 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา จำนวน 8 คน และ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) แบบสอบถามความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ (2) ประเด็นคำถามในการสนทนากลุ่ม (3) ต้นแบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ และ (4) แบบประเมินต้นแบบจำลอง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษของครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษ และนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 34 กลุ่มดอยสุเทพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) แบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีองค์ประกอบดังนี้ กรอบการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ อาคารสถานที่ของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ การจัดหน่วยงานของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ เจ้าหน้าที่ของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ บทบาทหน้าที่ของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาอังกฤษ การแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรค์ในการใช้ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ การจัดหาสื่อการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ ประเภทสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ให้บริการในศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ การให้บริการของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ งบประมาณของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ และการประเมินศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ และ (3) แบบจำลองศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษที่นำเสนอได้รับการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the needs for English learning center for upper secondary students in Doi Suthep Group schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 34; (2) to develop a model of English learning center for upper secondary students in Doi Suthep Group schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 34; and (3) to evaluate the developed model of English learning center for upper secondary students in Doi Suthep Group schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 34. The research population consisted of 48 English teachers, eight educational technology and communications specialists and three educational technology and communication experts. The research sample consisted of 322 upper secondary students. The employed research instruments were (1) a questionnaire on the needs for English learning center; (2) a form containing questions and issues for focus group discussion; and (3) a prototype model of English learning center; and (4) a prototype model evaluation form. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings showed that (1) the overall needs for English learning center of English teachers and upper secondary students in Doi Suthep Group schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 34 were at the high level; (2) based on opinions of educational technology and communications specialists, the English learning center model had the following components: operational frame work of the center; buildings and facilities of the center; organizational structure of the center; personnel of the center; duty and roles of the center; solving problems and obstacles for the use of the center; procurement of English instructional media; types of instructional media available for service in the center; provided services of the center; budget of the center; and evaluation of the center; and (3) the proposed model of English learning center was evaluated by the educational technology and communications experts as being highly appropriate | en_US |
