| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านไพรพัฒนา จังหวัดศีรสะเกษ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารครู ผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียน และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านไพรพัฒนา จังหวัดศีรสะเกษ จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 9 คน ครู 15 คน ผู้ปกครองไทย 30 คน ผู้ปกครองกัมพูชา 30 คน นักเรียนไทย 60 คน และ นักเรียนกัมพูชา 21 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 165 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกกลุ่มแบบกำหนดโควต้า เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านไพรพัฒนา จังหวัดศีรสะเกษ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาผู้เรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการป้องกัน ช่วยเหลือและแก้ไข ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการส่งต่อ และ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน มีดังนี้ (2.1) กลุ่มผู้บริหารและครู เปรียบเทียบกับ กลุ่มผู้ปกครองไทยและกัมพูชา พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดย กลุ่มผู้บริหารและครู มีความคิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนได้ดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนมากกว่ากลุ่มผู้ปกครองไทยและกัมพูชา (2.2) กลุ่มนักเรียนไทยและกัมพูชา เปรียบเทียบกับ กลุ่มผู้ปกครองไทยและกัมพูชา พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดย กลุ่มนักเรียนไทยและกัมพูชามีความคิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนได้ดาเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนมากกว่ากลุ่มผู้ปกครองไทยและกัมพูชา และ (2.3) กลุ่มผู้บริหารและครู เปรียบเทียบกับ กลุ่มนักเรียนไทยและกัมพูชา พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the state of operation of the student help-care system of Ban Prai Pattana School in Si Sa Ket province as perceived by the administrators, teachers, parents, and students; and (2) to compare opinions toward the operation of the student help-care system of Ban Prai pattana School in Si Sa Ket province of respondents classified by personal status. The research sample totaling 165 people consisted of nine school administrators, 15 teachers, 30 Thai parents, 30 Cambodian parents, 60 Thai students, and 21 Cambodian students, obtained by quota sampling. The employed research instrument was a 5-scale rating questionnaire on the state of operation of the student help-care system, with reliability coefficient of .94. Data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. Research findings showed that (1) the overall state of operation of the student help-care system of Ban Prai Pattana School in Si Sa Ket province was at the high level, as perceived by the school administrators, teachers, parents, and students; when specific aspects of the system were considered, it was found that the aspect of student promotion and development received the highest rating mean, followed by the aspect of prevention, help and remediation; while the aspect receiving the lowest rating mean was that of referring students; and (2) comparison results of opinions toward the student help-care system were as follows: (2.1) the opinions of the group of administrators and teachers were different from those of the group of Thai and Cambodian parents significantly at the .05 level, with the group of administrators and teachers having higher level of opinions toward the operation of the system than the counterpart opinion level of the group of Thai and Cambodian parents; (2.2) the opinions of the group of Thai and Cambodian students were different from those of the group of Thai and Cambodian parents significantly at the .05 level, with the group of Thai and Cambodian students having higher level of opinions toward the operation of the system than the counterpart opinion level of the group of Thai and Cambodian parents; and (2.3) no significant difference was found between the opinions of the group of administrators and teachers toward the operation of the system and the counterpart opinions of the group of Thai and Cambodian students | en_US |
