| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปทุมธานี (2) ศึกษาความสำเร็จในการบริหารศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนดังกล่าว และ (3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการดำเนินงานที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปทุมธานี 76 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู-อาจารย์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปทุมธานี จำนวน 135 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าที่ ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่า เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ การทดสอบสมมุติฐาน ใช้ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การดำเนินงานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า (ก) กลยุทธ์ อันประกอบด้วย ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และด้านกระบวนการ จัดการเรียนรู้ มีการดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมาก (ข) คุณภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน อันประกอบด้วย ด้านความรู้ ของบุคลากร ด้านความสามารถของบุคลากรตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ และ ด้านสื่อและวิธีการ มีการดำเนินการ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ (ค) ทรัพยากร อันประกอบด้วย งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ อาคารสถานที่ และบุคลากร มีอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน ทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการทำงาน ร่วมกับชุมชน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน และ (3) ปัจจัยการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ทุก ปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการบริหารศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ส่วนการพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จ ในการบริหารศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนโดยรวม (Y,) โดยตัวแปรปัจจัยการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ทั้ง 8 ตัวแปร พบว่ามี 5 ตัวแปร ที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสำเร็จในการบริหารศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนคิด เป็นร้อยละ 83.4 โดยมีความสำคัญตามลำดับ คือ ตัวแปรด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ (X1) ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ อาคารสถานที่ (X2) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ (X1,) ด้านความสามารถของบุคลากรตามมาตรฐาน วิชาชีพ (X) และ ด้านจำนวนและประเภทของบุคลากร (X)) โดยมีสมการคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Zy/ww =. 370Zx,+.238Zxp+.201Zx/,+.149 Zxy+.113ZX, | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to: (1) study performance factors of community learning centers in Pathum Thani Educational Service Area; (2) study management success of the community learning centers; and (3) analyze performance factors affecting management success of community learning centers. The research sample consisted of 76 community learning centers in Pathum Thani Educational Service Area. The informants were 135 randomly selected administrators and teachers concerned with community learning centers in Pathum Thani Educational Service Area. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire developed by the researcher with reliability of 0.98. Statistics used to analyze data were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The .05 level of statistical significance was predetermined for hypothesis testing. Research findings were as follows: (1) the overall performance of community learning centers was rated at the moderate level; when performance in each aspect was considered, it was found that (a) the strategy aspect comprising management and learning management process was rated at the high level, (b) the quality aspect based on standard criteria comprising knowledge of the personnel, capability of the personnel according to occupational standards, and media and procedure was rated at the high level, and (c) the input aspect comprising the budget, equipment, buildings, and personnel was rated at the moderate level; (2) the overall management success of community learning centers was rated at the high level; when management success in each aspect was considered, it was found that all three aspects, namely, general management, instructional management, and community collaboration were rated at the high level; and (3) every performance factor had positive correlation with management success; for predicting the overall management success (Y total) of community learning centers, it was found that five out of eight performance factors could be combined to predict 82.00 percent of their success; the factors could be ranked based on their importance as follows: the learning management process (X12), the equipment and buildings (X32), the management (X11), the personnel capability according to occupational standards (X22), and the number and category of personnel (X33) respectively.
