| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (I) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประเมินคุณภาพ ผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนเทศบาลพิบูลสวัสดี จังหวัดภูเก็ต (2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศที่ พัฒนาขึ้นนั้น วิธีการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ (1) ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ระบบงานการประเมินคุณภาพ ผู้เรียนของโรงเรียน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือกลุ่มที่ 1 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์ระบบงาน ปัจจุบันในการประเมินผลคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียน จำนวน 10 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร จำนวน 2 คน ผู้รับผิดชอบงานการวัดและประเมินผล จำนวน 1 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 7 คน กลุ่มที่ 2 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลใน การสนทนากลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อตรวจสอบแนวทางการจัดเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อการประเมินผลคุณภาพผู้เรียน จำนวน 10 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 2 คน ผู้รับผิดชอบงานการวัดและประเมินผล จำนวน 1 คน ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ จำนวน 2 คน ครูหัวหน้าสายชั้น จำนวน 2 คน และครูประจำชั้น จำนวน 3 คน (2) การพัฒนาโปรแกรมระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประเมินคุณภาพผู้เรียน โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel สำหรับกรอกข้อมูล โปรแกรม Microsoft Access สำหรับจัดเก็บฐานข้อมูล และใช้โปรแกรม Visual Basic 2005 สำหรับจัดแสดงข้อมูล (3) การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ โดยผู้ใช้ระบบของโรงเรียนเทศบาล พิบูลสวัสดี จำนวน 15 คน ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 2 คน ผู้รับผิดชอบงานการวัดและประเมินผล จำนวน 1 คน ครู หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ จำนวน 2 คน ครูหัวหน้าสายชั้น จำนวน 2 คน ครูประจำชั้น จำนวน 2 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 6 คน ทดลองใช้โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น จากนั้นสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระบบ และดำเนินการ สนทนากลุ่มเพื่อหาข้อคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติมอีกครั้ง ทั้งนี้ผู้ให้ข้อมูลทุกกลุ่มได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ได้โปรแกรมระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประเมินคุณภาพผู้เรียน พร้อม คู่มือการใช้โปรแกรม ซึ่งโปรแกรมสามารถจัดเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อการประเมินคุณภาพ ผู้เรียน โดยแบ่งการทำงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ การกรอกข้อมูล และการประมวลผลพร้อมรายงาน สารสนเทศ (2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ พบว่า ผู้ใช้ระบบมีความคิดเห็นว่าความสามารถ ของระบบอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพทั้งในด้านการนำเข้าข้อมูล การ ประมวลผล และผลลัพธ์ เพราะระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นทำให้ได้ข้อมูลและสารสนเทศที่ตรงกับความต้องการ สะดวก รวดเร็ว ทั้งได้รายงานที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน ตลอดจนการ ตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to: (1) develop an information system for evaluating student qualities of Piboonsawaddee Municipal School, Phuket Province; and (2) verify the quality of the developed information system. The research process comprised three steps as follows: (1) The study and analysis of the student quality evaluation system of the school. Informants in this step comprised two groups: The first group consisted of 10 school personnel (2 administrators, 1 teacher in charge of measurement and evaluation work, and seven classroom teachers) who provided information through interviews on the student quality evaluation system of the school. The second group consisted of 10 school personnel (2 administrators, 1 teacher in charge of measurement and evaluation work, 2 learning area heads, 2 class level heads, and 3 homeroom teachers) who provided information through focus group discussion of experts in order to verify the data collecting guidelines for evaluation of student qualities. (2) The development of the information system program for evaluating student qualities using the Microsoft Excel program for data recording, the Microsoft Access program for creating the database system, and the Visual Basic 2005 program for displaying the data. (3) The quality verification of the system by 15 system users of Piboonsawaddee Municipal School (2 administrators, 1 teacher in charge of measurement and evaluation work, 2 learning area heads, 2 class level heads, 2 homeroom teachers, and 6 classroom teachers) who tried out the developed program and then provided opinions toward the developed system through interviews and focus group discussion. Informants in all groups were purposively selected. Research findings were as follows: (1) An information system program for evaluation of student qualities, together with the program manual, was obtained. The program was able to store and process information for evaluation of student qualities. It functioned in two lines of work, namely, data storage, and data processing and reporting of information. (2) As for quality verification of the developed information system, it was found that system users had opinions that the developed system's capability was at the very good level. It had good quality in both the data input, the data processing, and the data output because it provided data and information that were relevant to the needs, convenient and fast, and the reports that were useful for educational development of the school as well as facilitated decision making of administrators and concerned personnel | en_US |
